بررسی تاثیر ابعاد سرمایه انسانی بر بهره‌وری واحدهای پرورش مرغ گوشتی (موردمطالعه: شهرستان اردبیل)

انسان ها مولد ثروت هستند، مشروط بر این که جزء سرمایه انسانی محسوب شوند. اساس نظریه سرمایه انسانی این است که علت تفاوت های درآمدی افراد به خاطر اختلاف در میزان بهره وری آن ها است. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی تاثیر ابعاد سرمایه انسانی بر بهره وری واحدهای پرورش مرغ گوشتی است. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی همبستگی و جامعه موردمطالعه تعداد 105 واحد پرورش مرغ گوشتی در شهرستان اردبیل است. بر اساس تمایل به همکاری و امکان انجام مصاحبه تعداد 30 واحد مرغداری پرورش مرغ گوشتی به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری دادها از روش مصاحبه همراه با پرسشنامه استفاده‌شده است. در این پژوهش از پرسش‌نامه بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی هرسی و گلداسمیت (2003) و از پرسش‌نامه بهره‌وری نادری و ماری موتو (2009) بر اساس مقیاس لیکرت استفاده‌شده است. نتایج حاصل از برازش مدل رگرسیون نشان داد، ابعاد سرمایه انسانی بر بهره‌وری واحدهای پرورش مرغ گوشتی تاثیر مثبت و معنا‌داری دارند. در بین ابعاد سرمایه انسانی، بر اساس ضریب بتا بیشترین تاثیر را پیشینه دانشی بر بهره وری دارد. مقدار ضریب تعیین به‌دست‌آمده مدل نیز بیانگر توانایی مدل در تشریح رفتار متغیر وابسته توسط متغیر مستقل است.

Investigating the Effects of Human Capital Dimensions on Productivity of Broiler Farms (Case Study: Ardabil City)

Human beings are generators of wealth, if they are considered as human capital. The basis of the theory of human capital is that the reason for the income difference of individuals is because of the difference in their productivity. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of human capital dimensions on the productivity of broiler production. This study was descriptivecorrelational and the study population included 105 broiler breeding units in Ardabil city. Based on the willingness to cooperate and the possibility of interviewing, 30 broiler were selected as samples. The interview method has been used for collecting data along with a rigidity questionnaire. In this research, Human Resources Productivity Questionnaire Hersey and Goldsmith (2003) and Nadery and Marimoto Productivity Questionnaire (2009) have been used based on Likert scale. The results of the value retrieval model showed that human cost dimensions have a positive and significant effect on broiler units productivity. Among the dimensions of human capital, the Beta coefficient has the greatest impact on productivity. The value of the determination coefficient obtained by the model also indicates the ability of the model to explain the behavior of the dependent variable by the independent variable.
