بررسی عوامل موثر بر آبزی‌پروری پایدار (مورد: مزارع آبزی پروری استان لرستان)

امروزه صنعت آبزی‌پروری به عنوان یکی از مهمترین زیر بخش‌های اقتصادی در تامین امنیت غذایی، تجارت، اشتغال زایی و محرومیت‌زدایی مناطق روستایی در جهان از جایگاه ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. هدف این مطالعه بررسی عوامل موثر بر آبزی‌پروری پایدار در استان لرستان می‌باشد. این تحقیق کاربردی به شیوه پیمایشی انجام شده است و از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه آبزی‌پروران در استان لرستان بوده است که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، حجم نمونه 101 نفر تعیین شد. در این تحقیق، پایداری مزارع آبزی‌پروری از ترکیب شاخص‌های سه‌گانه پایداری (اکولوژیکی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی) حاصل شده است. نتایج حاصل از بررسی سطح پایداری، حاکی از پایداری متوسط در این مزارع می‌باشد. همچنین مشخص گردید که ارتباط مثبت و معناداری بین ویژگی‌های فنی آبزی‌پروران و فعالیت‌های آموزشی ترویجی و پایداری کل مزارع آبزی‌پروری وجود دارد و نیز تاثیرگذارترین متغیرها بر پایداری کل، میزان استفاده مجاز از ضدعفونی‌کننده‌ها، تعداد دوره‌ آموزشی حین فعالیت، دمای آب ورودی به مزرعه، تعداد دوره آموزشی قبل از فعالیت و هزینه آب‌بها بوده‌اند که جمعاً 44.3 درصد از تغییرات متغیر میزان پایداری کل را تبیین می‌کنند. در این راستا جهت ارتقای پایداری این مزارع، برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی مدیریت تغذیه، مدیریت هزینه، مدیریت مواد ضد عفونی‌کننده، تشکیل تعاونی‌های آبزی‌پروری و رعایت ملاحظات فنی کارشناسان شیلات پیشنهاد می‌گردد.

Factors Affecting the Sustainable Aquaculture (Case study: fishery Farms in Lorestan Province)

Today, the aquaculture industry has a special status as one of the most important economic subsectors in providing food security, trade, job creation and depriving rural areas of the world. This study was aimed to determine the factors affecting sustainable aquaculture in Lorestan province. This applied research is conducted in a survey method and its descriptivecorrelative research type. The statistical population consisted of all fishery farms in Lorestan province. The sample size was determined by using Cochran formula. In this study, the sustainability of aquaculture farms is derived from the combination of three indicators of sustainability (ecological, economic, and social). Results show that the level of sustainability is moderate. It was also found that there is a positive and significant relationship between the farmers technical characteristics, the extensional education activities, total sustainability, the authorized use amount of disinfectants, the number of inservice training courses, the temperature of water entering the farm, the number of training courses prior to the activity and the water cost, totally explained of 44.3% of the total variations in depended variable. In order to sustainability increase of these farms, training courses about nutrition management, cost management, disinfectant management, fish farming cooperatives, and the technical considerations of fishery experts are recommended.
