پیش‎بینی سلامت روانی براساس سبک‎های دلبستگی، تحول روانی معنوی و تصور از خدا در بین دانشجویان دختر

تحقیق حاضر با هدف پیش‎بینی سلامت روانی براساس سبک‎های دلبستگی، تحول روانی معنوی و تصور از خدا در بین دانشجویان دختر انجام گرفت. این پژوهش علمی−دینی و از نوع توصیفی−همبستگی است و جامعه آماری را تمامی دانشجویان دختر 18 تا 45 سال دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد قم در سال 1400−1399 تشکیل میدهند. نمونه آماری شامل 358 نفر از دانشجویان دختر میباشد که به روش نمونه‎گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای به دست آوردن دادهها از پرسشنامه‌های سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ، دلبستگی کولینز و رید، تحول روانی−معنوی جان‎بزرگی و خودپنداره−خداپنداره جان‎بزرگی استفاده شد. در این پژوهش برای تجزیه و تحلیل از نرم‎افزار spss−24 و آزمون رگرسیون چندگانه و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون به کار رفت. نتایج نشان داد که حدود 17.2 درصد از واریانس سلامت روانی توسط سبک‎های دلبستگی، تحول روانی معنوی، تصور از خدا پیش‎بینی می‎شود؛ همچنین سبک دلبستگی ایمن و تحول روانی معنوی رابطه مثبت و معناداری با سلامت‎ روانی دارد و سبک دلبستگی اجتنابی، سبک دلبستگی دوسوگرا / اضطرابی و تصور از خدا رابطه منفی و معناداری با سلامت ‎روانی دارد. براساس نتایج پژوهش میتوان دریافت که سبک دلبستگی ایمن، افزایش سطح تحول روانی معنوی و کاهش تصور منفی از خدا از عوامل کلیدی در ارتقای سلامت روان می‎باشند.

the prediction of mental health based on attachment styles, psychological-spiritual transformation and the perception of god among female students

this study was conducted with the purpose of predicting mental health based on attachment styles, psychological-spiritual transformation and the perception of god among female students. this scientific-religious study is a descriptive-correlational research, and the population consists of all female students aged 18 to 45 years of islamic azad university, qom branch, in 2020-2021. the sample includes 358 female students selected by the convenience sampling. to obtain the data, goldberg’s general health questionnaire, collins and reed’s adult attachment scale, janbozorgi’s mental-spiritual transformation questionnaire, and janbozorgi’s self-concept and self-concept questionnaire were used. in this study, spss-24 software, multiple regression test, and pearson correlation coefficient were applied for analysis. the results showed that about 17.2% of the variance of mental health is predicted by attachment styles, psychological-spiritual transformation, and the perception of ​​god. moreover, secure attachment style and psychological-spiritual transformation have a positive and significant relationship with mental health, and avoidant attachment style, ambivalent/anxious attachment style, and the perception of ​​god have a negative and significant relationship with mental health. according to the results, it can be seen that secure attachment style, the increment of the level of psychological-spiritual transformation, and the reduction of the negative perception of god are the key factors in improving mental health.
