تاثیر متغیرهای الگوی چند بعدی معنوی با میانجی‎گری باورهای ناکارآمد بر اختلال وسواس

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر متغیرهای درمان چند‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎بعدی معنوی بر شدت وسواس و علائم اختلال وسواس−بی‎اختیاری با میانجی‎گری باورهای ناکارآمد شناختی با استفاده از تحلیل مسیر انجام شده است. طرح پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی از نوع مدل‎یابی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش کلیه بیماران وسواس−بی‎اختیاری مراجعه‎کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر قم در سال 1400 با شکایت اصلی اختلال وسواس−بی‎اختیاری بودند. تعداد 240 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‎گیری هدفمند به‎عنوان اعضای نمونه انتخاب شدند. اعضای نمونه با پاسخ‎دادن به پرسشنامه وسواس «ییل−براون» و نمره شدت وسواس بالاتر از 9 براساس خط برش هنجارشده انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه تحول روانی−معنوی، پرسشنامه پایبندی‎ مذهبی و پرسشنامه خودپنداره−خداپنداره جان‎بزرگی و پرسشنامه احساس گناه گوگلر وجونز و پرسشنامه باورهای ناکارآمد شناختی پاسخ دادند. داده‎های به‎دست‎آمده با استفاده از روش تحلیل مسیر و با نرم‎افزار لیزرل و spss تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان‎ داد که سطح تحول روانی−معنوی، پایبندی مذهبی و خداپنداشت رابطه منفی و معنادار و متغیرخداپنداره رابطه مثبت و معنادار با علائم وسواس فکری و عملی دارند. پایبندی مذهبی به صورت منفی و معنادار و احساس گناه به صورت مثبت و معنادار با‎ میانجی‎گری باورهای ناکارآمد شناختی با علائم وسواس فکری رابطه دارند؛ همچنین مدل ارائه‎شده از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار است. درنتیجه با افزایش سطح تحول روانی−معنوی، پایبندی ‎مذهبی و نمره خداپنداشت و نیز کاهش نمره خداپنداره، احساس گناه و باورهای ناکارآمد شناختی، علائم وسواس فکری و عملی کاهش می‎یابد.

the effect of the variables of multidimensional spiritual pattern on obsessive-compulsive disorder with the mediation of dysfunctional beliefs

the present research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of the variables of multidimensional spiritual treatment on the intensity and symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder with the mediation of dysfunctional cognitive beliefs using the path analysis. this descriptive research applied the structural equation modeling. the population included all patients with the obsessive-compulsive disorder referring to the counseling centers in the city of qom in 2021. 240 patients were selected by the judgmental sampling as the sample. the sample members were selected by replying to the yale-brown obsessive-compulsive scale with the obsession intensity score of higher than 9 based on the standardized cut line. they replied to the following questionnaires: psychological-spiritual transformation, religious adherence, self-image and god-image (janbozorgi), guilt inventory (kugler and jones), and dysfunctional cognitive beliefs. the data were analyzed by the path analysis using lizrel and spss. according to the results, there is a negative and significant relationship among the intensity of psychological-spiritual transformation, religious adherence, and god-concept, and there is a positive and significant relationship between the variable of god-image and the variable of the symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder. with the mediation of dysfunctional cognitive beliefs, the religious adherence has a negative and significant relationship and guilt has a positive and significant relationship with the symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder. in addition, the present model has a good fit. as a result, if the intensity of psychological-spiritual transformation, religious adherence, and god-concept increases and the intensity of god-image, guilt, and dysfunctional cognitive beliefs decreases, the symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder will be reduced.
