میزان رعایت شاخص‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای در بین دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل

زمینه و هدف: رعایت اخلاق حرفه‌ای به عنوان یکی از اساسی‌ترین مفاهیم اخلاق پزشکی می‌باشد. بررسی وضعیت به کارگیری اخلاق حرفه‌ای در بین دانشجویان پرستاری به عنوان کارکنان آینده سیستم‌های بهداشتی و درمانی دارای اهمیت به سزایی است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی وضعیت به کارگیری اخلاق حرفه‌ای در بین دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل می‌باشد.روش: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی مقطعی می‌باشد. تعداد 210 دانشجو پرستاری ترم سوم تا ترم هشتم دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی اردبیل، آموزشکده عالی سلامت مشگین‌شهر و دانشکده پرستاری گرمی در این مطالعه شرکت داشتند. برای دستیابی به میزان وضعیت به کارگیری اخلاق حرفه‌ای دانشجویان، از پرسشنامه سنجش عملکرد پرستاران به آیین اخلاق پرستاری که توسط اسمعیل پورزنجانی و همکاران طراحی شده است، استفاده گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه، تی مستقل و رگرسیون خطی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.ملاحظات اخلاقی: در تمام مراحل انجام این پژوهش اصول اخلاقی و اصل محرمانگی رعایت شده و پرسشنامه‌ها با کسب رضایت آگاهانه و توضیح در مورد اهداف پژوهش به شرکت‌کنندگان تکمیل شده است.یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج مطالعه، میانگین وضعیت به کارگیری اخلاق حرفه‌ای در بین نمونه‌های مورد مطالعه 0.96‌±4.20 بود. میانگین به کارگیری اخلاق حرفه‌ای در حوزه پرستار و جامعه 1±4.29، در حوزه پرستار و تعهد حرفه‌ای برابر با 0.9±4.25، در حوزه پرستار و ارائه خدمات بالینی برابر با 0.94±‌4.27، در حوزه پرستار و همکاری تیم خدمات درمان برابر با 1.25±3.885 و در حوزه پرستار و آموزش و پژوهش برابر با 1.06±4.29 بود که میانگین در همه حوزه‌ها خوب به دست آمد. همچنین متغیرهای محل تحصیل، علاقه به رشته پرستاری، وضعیت تحصیل و بخش محل خدمت با به کارگیری اخلاق حرفه‌ای رابطه معناداری (0.05‌‌‌>p) دارد.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان‌دهنده رعایت مطلوب اخلاق حرفه‌ای در بین دانشجویان پرستاری می‌باشد. مسئولیت‌های اخلاقی بر عهده گروهی خاص نمی‌باشد، بلکه تمام اعضای یک حرفه در این زمینه مسئولیت دارند. با این وجود، توسعه اخلاق پرستاری هنگامی بهتر صورت می‌گیرد که در آن نهادینه شده باشد، چراکه تصمیم‌گیری اخلاقی در شرایط واقعی فقط با شناخت مفاهیم اخلاقی و دانستن ارزش‌ها مقدور می‌باشد.

a survey on observing professional ethics considerations among the nursing students at ardabil university of medical sciences

background and aim: nursing as a growing profession is on the way to becoming a professional. nursing ethics is a set of manifestations of the nurse's behavior during her professional activity that should be manifested in the form of personal communication with the patient, the patient's relatives, the community and colleagues. the purpose of this study is to investigate the application of professional ethics among nursing students of ardabil university of medical sciences in the academic year 1398-99.methods: this research is cross-sectional descriptive-analytical in terms of purpose, including applied research and descriptive research. the study population in this study is all nursing students from the third to the eighth semester of ardabil school of nursing and midwifery, meshginshahr health institute and garmi school of nursing. according to the total statistical population (461 people) to obtain the level of professional ethics of students of ardabil school of nursing and midwifery, meshginshahr health institute and garmi school of nursing, the standard questionnaire of ismailpour zanjani et al. (2015) was used. to analyze data; data were analyzed using spss20 software and appropriate statistical tests such as one-group t-test, independent-samples t test, linear regression.ethical considerations: in all stages of this study, the ethical principles and the confidentiality were respected and the questionnaires were completed by obtaining informed consent and explaining the research objectives to the participants.findings: the average application of professional ethics in the field of nursing and society is 4.292 with a standard deviation of 1.004; the average application of professional ethics in the field of nursing and professional commitment is equal to 4.253 with a standard deviation of 0.901; the average application of professional ethics in the field of nursing and providing clinical services is equal to 4.275 with a standard deviation of 0.949; the average application of professional ethics in the field of nursing and the cooperation of the medical services team is equal to 3.885 with a standard deviation of 1.256; the average application of professional ethics in the field of nursing and education and research is 4.296 with a standard deviation of 1.061 and in general, the average application status of professional ethics (overall score) among the studied sample is 4.201 with a standard deviation of / 968 0 was obtained.conclusion: the results show the observance of professional ethics among the study population. ethical responsibilities do not belong to a specific group, but to all members of a profession. however, the development of nursing ethics is best done when it is institutionalized because ethical decision-making in real situations is possible only by knowing ethical concepts and values.
