نقش اخلاق فضیلت‌گرا در حرفه پرستاری

زمینه و هدف: اخلاق، هسته اصلی فعالیت‌های مراقبتی است. در سال‌های اخیر اخلاق فضیلت‌گرا یکی از رویکردهای مورد توجه حرفه پرستاری است. هدف از این مقاله تبیین مفهوم فضیلت در حرفه پرستاری و نقش فضایل اخلاقی در حیطه‌های مختلف پرستاری است.روش: این مطالعه به روش مروری انجام شد. واژگان کلیدی اخلاق مراقبت، نظریه‌های اخلاقی، پرستاری و اخلاق فضیلت‌گرا، بدون محدودیت زمانی در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی معتبر فارسی و انگلیسی شاملsid، iranmedex، google books، pubmed، google scholar و proqest مورد جستجو قرار گرفت. مقالات مرتبط انتخاب شده و بر اساس اهداف مطالعه، مرور و تحلیل انجام شد.ملاحظات اخلاقی: در تمام مراحل مطالعه ملاحظات اخلاقی، از جمله امانتداری در نقل قول اسناد و عدم سوگیری رعایت شده است.یافته‌ها: نتایج در بخش‌های تصویری کلی از فضیلت، اخلاق فضیلت‌گرا، فضیلت و مراقبت، انتقال فضیلت از اخلاق به عمل، نقش فضیلت‌های اخلاقی در حرفه پرستاری، راهبردهای نظریه اخلاقی فضیلت‌گرایی در آموزش، نقش فضیلت در نظریه‌های پرستاری و چالش‌های نظریه فضیلت‌گرا دسته‌بندی شد. فضیلت، پیش‌نیاز مراقبت اخلاقی است. در مفهوم بالینی، اخلاق مراقبتی با یک مدل نظری از فضیلت غنی می‌شود. رویکرد اخلاقی فضیلت‌گرا در آموزش پرستاری، یادگیرنده محور بوده و بخشی ضروری در برنامه‌های آموزش اخلاق پرستاری محسوب می‌گردد. گنجاندن یک گفتمان در مورد فضایل در نظریه پرستاری، می‌تواند بر شایستگی اخلاقی تمرکز کرده و در عین حال، دانش ویژه رشته و مهارت‌های فنی را برآورده ‌کند. برای رفع چالش‌های رویکرد فضیلت‌گرا، می‌توان از نظریه‌های اخلاقی مانند نظریه نتیجه‌گرا، در کنار این نظریه استفاده نمود.نتیجه‌گیری: فضایل اخلاقی راهنمای عملیاتی قابل قبول برای عملکرد مراقبت بالینی در پرستاری است. استفاده از نظریه فضیلت‌گرا به دلیل ارتباط بیشتر پرستاران با بیماران، کاربرد فراوانی داشته و حرفه پرستاری می‌تواند از این نظریه بیشترین بهره را ببرد.

the role of virtue ethics in the nursing profession

background and aim: ethics is the core of care activities. in recent years, virtue ethics has been one of captivating approaches in the nursing profession. this article aims to explain the concept of virtue in the nursing profession and the role of ethical virtues in various nursing domains.methods: this research is a review study. the keywords care ethics, ethical theories and nursing and virtue ethics were searched without time limit in reliable farsi and english databases including sid, iran medex, google books, pubmed, google scholar and proquest. the relevant articles were selected, reviewed and analyzed based on the objectives of the study.ethical considerations: in all the stages of the present study, ethical considerations including trustworthiness in citing documents and non-bias have been observed.results: the results were categorized under a general image of virtue, virtue ethics, virtue and care, transferring virtue from ethics to practice, the role of ethical virtues in the nursing profession, the strategies of virtue ethics theory in education, the role of virtue in nursing theories and the challenges of virtue theory. virtue is a prerequisite for ethical care. in the clinical sense, care ethics is enriched by a theoretical model of virtue. the virtue-oriented ethical approach in nursing education is learner-oriented and is considered as an essential part of nursing ethics education programs. incorporating a discourse on virtues into the nursing theory may focus on ethical competence while meeting discipline-specific knowledge and technical skills. to solve the challenges of the virtue-based approach, ethical theories such as the consequentialism can be used besides this theory.conclusion: ethical virtues are considered as an acceptable operations guide for clinical care practice in nursing. the virtue theory is widely used owing to the closer communication between nurses and patients and the nursing profession can make the most of this theory.
