تاثیر اینترنت بر اخلاق حرفه‌ای در آزمایشگاه تشخیص طبی: مطالعه مروری

زمینه و هدف: آزمایشگاه‌های تشخیص پزشکی نقشی حیاتی در تشخیص بیماری‌ها، پایش سلامت بیماران و ارائه خدمات درمانی دارند که سهم به سزایی در حفظ سلامت جامعه ایفا می‌کنند. جایگاه آزمایشگاه در علم پزشکی بسیار حائز اهمیت است، زیرا سلامتی فرد را ارزیابی و احتمال ابتلا به بیماری‌ها را بررسی می‌کند، اما امروزه علیرغم پیشرفت جامعه و اینترنت باز مسائل اخلاقی مربوط به آزمایشگاه‌های تشخیصی به طور مفصل مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار نگرفته است. این مطالعه سبب ارتقای اطلاعات کارکنان آزمایشگاه‌ها در حوزه اخلاق پزشکی می‌شود تا خدمات بهتری به بیماران ارجاع‌شده به آزمایشگاه ارائه دهند. روش: مطالعه حاضر از نوع مروری روایتی است. برای یافتن مقالات مرتبط به جستجوی واژگان کلیدی فارسی و انگلیسی اخلاق حرفه، آزمایشگاه تشخیص پزشکی، حقوق بیمار، کارکنان آزمایشگاه پزشکی در پایگاه‌های داخلی و بین‌المللی بدون محدودیت زمانی انجام شد. در نهایت از 15 تا مطالعات یافته‌شده، اهداف مطالعه این مقاله گردآوری شده است. ملاحظات اخلاقی: در پژوهش حاضر رعایت اصول امانتداری و صداقت در تحلیل متون و استنادها به طور کامل لحاظ گردید. یافته‌ها: بر اساس بررسی‌های انجام‌‌شده، نتایج نشان می‌دهد که ابعاد مختلف مسائل اخلاق حرفه‌ای در آزمایشگاه ارتباط مستقیمی با چهار گروه اصلی شامل بیماران، همکاران، جامعه و اینترنت دارد. هر یک از این گروه‌ها با چالش‌های خاصی در حوزه اخلاق حرفه‌ای رو به ‌رو هستند. علاوه بر این، چالش‌های ناشی از اینترنت تاثیر قابل‌ توجهی بر مسائل اخلاقی در ارتباط میان بیماران و جامعه آزمایشگاهی دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: ارتباط اینترنت و اخلاق حرفه‌ای در آزمایشگاه نیازمند توجه بیشتر است. آموزش اخلاق و استفاده صحیح از اینترنت، تدوین قوانین و ارائه راهکار‌ها برای کاهش چالش‌های اخلاقی ضروری است.

investigating the impact of the internet on the challenges of professional ethics in the medical diagnosis laboratory

background and objective: medical diagnostic laboratories are one of the important and essential branches in disease diagnosis and healthcare providers responsible for the health of patients and communities. the role of the laboratory in medical science is highly significant as it assesses individual health and examines the likelihood of disease occurrence. however, despite advancements in society and the internet, ethical issues related to diagnostic laboratories have not been thoroughly analyzed. this study aims to enhance the knowledge of laboratory personnel in the field of medical ethics to provide better services to patients referred to the laboratory.methods: this review article involved a search for key terms in persian and english, including professional ethics, medical diagnostic laboratories, patient rights, and medical laboratory personnel in national and international databases without any time restrictions. ultimately, the objectives of this article were compiled from 44 studies that were found.findings: today, diagnostic laboratories operate by conducting various tests in a short time with high accuracy and minimal error for diagnosing and treating diseases, based on the interpretation of the obtained test results. besides providing the most accurate test results, laboratory personnel must also address ethical issues; therefore, the most crucial aspect of laboratories is their staff. knowledge of professional ethics is highly important, and the world health organization has issued guidelines over the years based on professional ethics in various medical fields, including codes of medical ethics available online. these guidelines include protecting patient rights, maintaining confidentiality and trust, sampling procedures, testing processes, reporting methods, quality control, and data record-keeping.conclusion: laboratories must continuously update their practices and utilize new data to implement necessary protocols in their workflow and adhere to the latest rules and standards of professional ethics in the laboratory field.
