نقش میانجی انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی در رابطه بین ارزش‌های حرفه‌ای و حساسیت اخلاقی پرستاران در دوران اپیدمی کرونا

زمینه و هدف: پرستاران بعنوان عضوی از اعضای تیم درمان در مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی، با تصمیم‌گیری‌ها، مسائل و مشکلات اخلاقی چالش برانگیز ی مواجه می باشند. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی در رابطه بین ارزش‌های شغلی و حساسیت اخلاقی در بین پرستاران در دوران اپیدمی کرونا انجام شد.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد بین متغیر های ارزش های شغلی و حساسیت اخلاقی، ارزش‌های شغلی و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی رابطه مثبت و معنی دار وجود دارد (0.001 > p). همچنین نقش میانجی انعطاف پذیری شناختی در ارتباط بین ارزش های شغلی و حساسیت اخلاقی در بین پرستاران در دوران اپیدمی کرونا را تایید کرد (0.01 > p).ملاحظات اخلاقی: در این پژوهش موازین مرتبط با اصول اخلاقی همچون محرمانه بودن، رضایت شخصی و آزاد بودن شرکت کنندگان در همکاری و یا عدم همکاری در روند پژوهش، رعایت گردید.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته های پژوهش حاضر توصیه می شود به منظور افزایش ارزش های شغلی، راهبرد هایی مناسب در جهت توجه به اصول و موازین مرتبط با این متغیر از جمله حمایت های اجتماعی، عاطفی و اقتصاد ی خصوصاً در بخش پرستار ی صورت گرفته تا با تحت تاثیر قرار دادن انعطاف پذیر ی شناختی آنان، حساسیت اخلاقی نیز در آنان تقویت شود.

the mediating role of cognitive flexibility in the relationship betweenprofessionl values and moral sensitivity amongnurses during the corona epidemic

background and aim: nurses, as members of the therapeutic team in health care centers, are faced withchallenging decisions, moral issues and problems. the purpose of this study was based on examining themediating role of cognitive flexibility in the relationship between professionl values and moral sensitivityamong nurses during the corona epidemic.methods: this study was a descriptive-correlational study. by applying quota convenience samplingmethod, 220 subjects were selected among the nurses working in khatam al-anbia (pbuh) hospitals inabarkooh and imam khomeini (ra) towns, abadeh town in order to participate in the study. to collectdata, the weis and shank (2009) professionl values scales, lutzen et al. (2006) and dennis andvanderwall (2010) cognitive flexibility questionnaires were used. the data were analyzed throughpearson's correlation test and structural equation modeling.ethical considerations: in this study, criteria concerned with moral principles as confidentiality,personal satisfaction and freedom of participants in cooperation or non-cooperation during the studyprocess have been observed.results: the findings of the study demonstrated that there is a positive and significant relationshipbetween the variables of occupational values and moral sensitivity, professionl values and cognitiveflexibility (p<0.001). moreover, it confirmed the mediating role of cognitive flexibility in the relationshipbetween professionl values and moral sensitivity among nurses during the corona epidemic (p<0.01).conclusion: considering the findings of the present study, in order to increase professionl values, it isrecommended that appropriate strategies in line with addressing to the principles and criteria related to thisvariable, including social, emotional and economic support, especially in the nursing field, should beexerted to be strengthened their moral sensitivity by affecting their cognitive flexibility.
