فروتنی فرهنگی پرستاران در افق تحول و نوآوری آموزش علوم پزشکی، مرور اسناد بالادستی آموزش پرستاری در جمهوری اسلامی ایران

زمینه و هدف: فروتنی فرهنگی فرآیندی مادام‌العمر است که برای برقراری روابط بین‌فرهنگی محترمانه توسط پرستاران، نقش اساسی دارد. به سبب اهمیت آموزش در شکل‌گیری مهارت‌های مرتبط با تعاملات و لزوم برنامه‌ریزی‌های آموزشی بر اساس سیاست‌های کلان مرتبط، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی نحوه توجه به فروتنی فرهنگی در اسناد بالادستی آموزش پرستاری ایران، انجام گرفت.روش: مطالعه حاضر با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل محتوای هدایت شده به  نقد و بررسی سند تحول و نوآوری در آموزش پزشکی و برنامه آموزشی دوره کارشناسی پرستاری پرداخته است. واحدهای معنایی پس از مطالعه مکرر اسناد، استخراج و بر اساس مدل مفهومی فوراندا طبقه‌بندی گردید، سپس بر اساس ارتباط مفهومی و منطقی امکان جایگذاری این طبقات در طبقات اصلی موجود در ماتریس و یا شکل‌گیری طبقات جدید بررسی شد.ملاحظات اخلاقی: در تمام مراحل این مطالعه اعم از بررسی متون و اسناد، استخراج داده‌ها، تجزیه تحلیل، گزارش و نشر آن‌ها، ملاحظات اخلاقی از جمله امانتداری در نقل قول اسناد و عدم سوگیری رعایت شده است.یافته‌ها: از مجموع 302 کد استخراج‌شده، 122 کد به علت ماهیت کلی کنار گذاشته شدند. کدهای باقی‌مانده با توجه به تعداد کدهای تخصیص داده‌شده به ترتیب در طبقات تعامل حمایتی، بازبودن، خشوع، خودآگاهی و خود بازاندیشی و نقد که ویژگی‌های فروتنی فرهنگی هستند، قرار گرفتند. برخی کدها در طبقات مفهومی فوق جای نگرفته و جداگانه در طبقه «توجه به معنویت»، قرار داده شد. تنها 52 کد از قسمت عملیاتی برنامه درسی دوره، یعنی رئوس مطالب دروس استخراج گردیدند.نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که اگرچه اسناد موجود، در اهداف کلان خود به طور ضمنی به مفهوم فروتنی فرهنگی پرداخته‌اند، اما توجه شفاف و عملیاتی به آن در بخش‌های اجرایی برنامه، کم است. همچنین به برخی از ویژگی‌های مفهوم مورد نظر که از شایستگی‌های بسیار مهم یک پرستار است، توجه کمتری شده است، لذا توصیه می‌شود تا سیاستگذاران و دست‌اندرکاران به عملیاتی‌کردن دستیابی به ویژگی مهم فروتنی فرهنگی پرستاران در اسناد بالادستی توجه بیشتری نمایند.

background and aim: cultural humility is a life-long process which has a crucial role in enabling nurses to establishrespectful intercultural relationships. considering the importance of education in the formation of interaction-related skills,and the necessity of educational planning based on the related macro policies, this study was conducted with the aim ofinvestigating how to pay attention to cultural humility in the official documents of nursing education upstream documentsin iran.methods: the present study, which has been conducted using a qualitative approach and a directed content analysismethod, has reviewed the document of transformation and innovation in medical education and nursing undergraduatecurriculum. the semantic units were extracted after studying the documents repeatedly, and categorized based on furanda'sconceptual model. then, based on the conceptual and logical correlation, the possibility of placing these categories in themain categories existing in the matrix, or the formation of new categories was investigated.ethical considerations: trustworthiness in quoting the documents and unbiasedness, have been observed in all the stagesof this study, including reviewing texts and documents, data extracting, analyzing, reporting and publishing the data.results: out of the 302 extracted codes, 122 codes were excluded due to the general nature. the remaining codes,considering the number of assigned codes, were respectively placed in the supportive interaction, openness, egoless, selfawareness,self-reflection, and criticism categories, which are among the features of cultural humility. some codes werenot placed in the above conceptual categories, but were separately placed in the attention to spirituality category. only 52codes were extracted from the practical part of the course curriculum, i.e. the course outlines.conclusion: the findings indicate that although the existing documents have implicitly addressed the concept of culturalhumility in their macro goals, but it has not been given clear and practical attention in the executive parts of the program.moreover, some of the features of the concept of cultural humility, which are among the crucially important features ofnurses, have been neglected. therefore, it is recommended that the policymakers and the authorities pay more attention toputting achieving this important feature, nurses' cultural humility, into practice in the upstream documents.
