شناسایی شاخص‌های مسئولیت‌ اجتماعی مدیران در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی

زمینه و هدف: مسئولیت اجتماعی مدیران دربرگیرنده شاخص‌های مختلفی، از جمله قانون‌گرایی، مسئولیت اخلاقی، توسعه ارتباطات، رهبری سازمانی، امور مالی و اداری، نوآوری می‌باشد. این موضوع، از جمله مباحث مهم در حوزه اخلاق سازمانی می‌باشد، با درک این مهم پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی شاخص‌های مسئولیت‌های اجتماعی مدیران در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی انجام شد.روش: این مطالعه یک تحقیق آمیخته (کیفی کمی) است. در بخش کیفی از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی با رویکرد استقرایی و در بخش کمی از روش توصیفی پیمایشی بهره گرفته شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان در بخش کیفی خبرگان، اعضای هیات علمی و مدیران دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی و جامعه آماری در بخش کمی شامل کارکنان دانشگاه‌ علوم پزشکی مازندران بودند. نمونه‌گیری در بخش کیفی هدفمند و از طریق مصاحبه با 19 نفر از خبرگان انجام شد. در بخش کمی از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی از نوع طبقه‌ای استفاده شد. 289 نفر از کارکنان به عنوان نمونه آماری جهت بررسی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها در بخش کیفی شامل مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بود. روایی و پایایی ابزارهای گردآوری داده‌های پژوهش مورد تایید قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از طریق تحلیل عاملی تاییدی در نرم‌افزار spss 22 و lisrel انجام شد.ملاحظات اخلاقی: رعایت صداقت و امانتداری، توضیح اهداف پژوهش برای مشارکت‌کنندگان و اطمینان از رعایت محرمانگی اطلاعات، از جمله اصول اخلاقی این مطالعه می‌باشد.یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش شاخص‌های مسئولیت اجتماعی مدیران در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی شامل هشت شاخص مسئولیت قانون‌گرایی، مسئولیت اخلاقی، مسئولیت ارتباطی، مسئولیت سازمانی، مسئولیت اداری، مسئولیت مالی، مسئولیت نوآوری، مسئولیت عمومی می‌باشد.نتیجه‌گیری: شاخص‌های مسئولیت اجتماعی مدیران به عنوان یک راهبرد مدیریتی می‌تواند مورد استفاده مدیران در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی قرار گیرد.

identifying indicators of social responsibility of managers in theuniversities of medical sciences

background and aim: the social responsibility of managers includes various indicators such as legalism,moral responsibility, communication development, organizational leadership, financial and administrativeaffairs and innovation. the social responsibility of managers is one of the important issues in the field oforganizational ethics, with the understanding of this important; the present study aims to identification ofindicators of social responsibilities of managers in medical sciences university of mazandaran was done.methods: this study is a mixed research (qualitative-quantitative). in the qualitative section, the method ofqualitative content analysis with inductive approach was used and in the quantitative section, the descriptivesurveymethod was used. the participants in the qualitative section were experts, faculty members andmanagers of medical sciences universities and the statistical community in the quantitative part included theemployees of mazandaran university of medical sciences. sampling was done in the targeted qualitativesection through interviews with 19 experts. in the quantitative section stratified random sampling method wasused. 289 employees were selected as a statistical sample for investigation. the data collection tools includedsemi-structured interviews in the qualitative section and researcher-made questionnaires in the quantitativesection. validity and reliability of research data collection tools were confirmed. data analysis was donethrough confirmatory factor analysis in spss 22 and lisrel software.ethical considerations: respecting honesty and trustworthiness, explaining the objectives of the research tothe participants and ensuring the confidentiality of information are among the ethical principles of this study.results: based on the research results, indicators of social responsibility model of managers in medicaluniversities it includes eight indicators of legal responsibility, ethical responsibility, communicationresponsibility, organizational responsibility, administrative responsibility, financial responsibility, innovationresponsibility, public responsibility.conclusion: indicators of social responsibility of managers as a management strategy can be used by managersin medical universities.
