آگاهی و عملکرد پرستاران در خصوص استانداردهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای در پرستاری

زمینه و هدف: رعایت اخلاق حرفه‌ای پرستاری،‌ نقش موثری در ارائه مراقبت با کیفیت دارد. با توجه به اهمیت این موضوع پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین آگاهی و عملکرد پرستاران در خصوص استانداردهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای در پرستاری انجام شد.روش: مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی حاضر در سال 1399 بر روی 392 نفر از پرستاران بیمارستان‌های آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سبزوار انجام شد. پرستاران به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب و برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از دو پرسشنامه بررسی آگاهی و عملکرد پرستاران نسبت به رعایت استاندارد‌های اخلاقی در محیط کار استفاده شد. داده‌‌ها توسط نرم‌افزار spss 16 و آزمون‌‌های آماری توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار، فراوانی) و استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی، رگرسیون) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. سطح معنی‌داری کمتر از 0.05 در نظر گرفته شد.ملاحظات اخلاقی: برای شرکت در مطالعه رضایت‌نامه کتبی آگاهانه از شرکت‌کنندگان کسب شد. در زمینه آزاد بودن پرستاران برای شرکت و خروج از مطالعه اطلاعات لازم داده شد.یافته‌ها: میانگین آگاهی پرستاران نسبت به رعایت استاندارد‌های اخلاقی (2/81±17/4) و میانگین عملکرد آن‌ها مطابق استاندارد‌های اخلاقی (88.11±130/9) بود. ضریب همبستگی پیرسون حاکی از ارتباط مثبت و معنی‌داری بین آگاهی و عملکرد پرستاران نسبت به رعایت استاندارد‌های اخلاقی بود (0/05p<، 0/65r=). آزمون رگرسیون نشان داد که آگاهی پرستاران (26/r^=0) به طور معنی‌داری عملکرد آن‌ها نسبت به رعایت استاندارد‌های اخلاقی را پیش‌بینی می‌کنند. مقدار بتای استانداردنشده نشان داد که سهم آگاهی در پیش‌بینی عملکرد پرستاران (54/2) است. بین میانگین آگاهی و عملکرد پرستاران نسبت به رعایت اصول اخلاقی با ویژگی‌های دموگرافیک ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود نداشت (0/05

background and aim: observing the ethics of the nursing profession has an effective role in providing qualitycare. the present study was conducted to determine knowledge and practice of nurses regarding the standardsof professional nursing ethics.methods: this descriptive cross-sectional study was performed in 2020 by 392 nurses from teaching hospitalsaffiliated with the sabzevar university of medical sciences in iran. nurses were selected by the simple randomsampling method and to collect data, two questionnaires were used to assess the knowledge and practice of nursesto comply with nursing ethical standards. data were analyzed by spss software 16 and descriptive statistics(mean and standard deviation, frequency) and inferential tests (correlation coefficient, regression). thesignificance level was considered less than 0.05.ethical considerations: to participate in the study, informed written consent was obtained from theparticipants. necessary information was given about the nurses being free to participate and leave the study.results: the average knowledge of nurses about compliance with ethical standards (17.2±4.81) and theiraverage performance was by ethical standards (130.88±9.11). pearson correlation coefficient indicated apositive and significant relationship between nurses' knowledge and practice of adhering to ethical standards(p<0.05, r=0.65). the nurses' knowledge (r2=0.26) significantly predicts their performance in terms of ethicalstandards. the non-standardized beta value showed that the share of knowledge in predicting nurses'performance is (2.54). there was no significant relationship between the average knowledge and practice ofnurses and demographic characteristics (p>0.05).conclusion: the efforts of systems to improve the awareness of their nurses can play an influential role inimproving their performance in line with ethical standards in the clinical environment. continuoustraining programs can play an important role in sensitizing nurses in the face of ethical issues andtherefore improve their performance according to ethical standards.
