مروری بر روش های استفاده مجدد از دولوچار (پسماند کارخانه های آهن اسفنجی)

زمینه و هدف: دولوچار، خاکستر به‌جامانده از واکنش زغال سنگ و گندله برای تولید آهن اسفنجی در فرایند احیای مستقیم سنگ آهن به روش زغال پایه است. این پسماند در ایران، به نزدیک‌ترین محل دفن زباله منتقل شده یا در نزدیک‌ترین محل به کارخانه دفن می گردد. در حالی‌که این روش‌ها به دلیل ریزدانه بودن پسماند و وجود فلزات سنگین در ترکیبش، نگرانی عمده برای محیط زیست محسوب می‌شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی روش های استفاده مجدد از دولوچار است تا ضمن حل مشکل آلودگی محیط، به عنوان مواد کمکی در مصارفی مثل راه سازی و تصفیه پساب آلوده استفاده گردد. روش بررسی: بررسی واژه دولوچار در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی magiran، sid،science direct نشان داد پیشینه طولانی برای استفاده مجدد از آن وجود ندارد. تنها 14 مقاله انگلیسی یافت شد که تمامی آنها در تحقیق به‌کار رفت؛ بنابراین مقاله حاضر برای نخستین بار به موضوع استفاده مجدد از دولوچار در ایران می‌پردازد.یافته‌ها: با بررسی و مطالعه پژوهش‌های پیشین استفاده مجدد از دولوچار در پنج بخش دسته‌بندی شد. دولوچار در تصفیه فاضلاب (حذف مس، کروم، رنگ، فسفات، نیترات، سورفاکتانت)، حذف کروم از زهاب معادن (بیش از 94 درصد)، استفاده به عنوان گاز سنتز، استفاده به عنوان محیط فیلتر (سه برابر بهتر از فیلتر ماسه‌ای) و استفاده در ساختمان سازی و راه سازی (جایگزین مواد درشت‌دانه) به‌کار می‌رود.نتیجه‌گیری: ظرفیت بالای دولوچار در جذب مواد زائد و تصفیه فاضلاب نشان می‌دهد ضروری است در ایران نیز به‌جای دفن یا رها کردن آن در محیط، به استفاده مجدد از آن پرداخت.

A review of Dolochar reuse methods (waste from sponge iron factories)

Background and Objective: Dolochar is the residual ash from the production of sponge iron in the process of direct reduction of iron ore by the coalbased method. In Iran, this waste is transported to the nearest landfill. However, these methods are a major environmental concern due to the fineness of the waste and the presence of heavy metals in its composition. The aim of the present study is to investigate the methods of reusing dolochar in order to solve the environmental problem and further use it as auxiliary materials in applications such as road construction and wastewater treatment.Materials and Methods: In depth investigation of the word ldquo;Dolochar rdquo; in Science Direct, SID, and MagIran databases showed that there is no long history of reusing it. Only 14 English articles were found, all of which were used in research; Therefore, the present article deals with the issue of reusing Dolochar in Iran for the first time.Results: By reviewing previous studies, reuse of Dolochar has been classified into five sections. Dolochar use in wastewater treatment (removal of copper, chromium, paint, phosphate, nitrate, surfactant), removal of chromium from mine effluent (more than 94%), as a synthesis gas, as a filter medium (three times better than sand filters) and it is also used in construction and road construction (alternatives to aggregates).Conclusion: The high capacity of Dolochar in waste absorption and wastewater treatment shows that it is necessary to reuse it in Iran instead of burying or leaving it in the environment.
