آسیب‌‎شناسی فعالیت حرفه‌ای مطبوعات محلی از منظر مرجعیت رسانه‌ای

بر وجود مطبوعات محلی به عنوان بخشی از زیست بوم توسعه فرهنگی و رسانه‌ای، و با کارکردهایی نظیرتمرکززدایی از مرکز، پیگیری اولویت‌های محلی، توسعه فرهنگ گردش اطلاعات در هرم پایینی قدرت و شنیده شدن صدای طبقات دور از مرکز مورد تاکید است اما در شرایط فعلی، مطبوعات محلی با فقدان تاثیرگذاری، نبود مرجعیت رسانه‌ای و عدم اقبال مخاطبان مواجه هستند. در این پژوهش جایگاه مطبوعات و نشریات محلی(مطالعه موردی استان مازندران) از جهت مرجعیت رسانه ای بررسی شده و آسیب های پیش روی فعالیت این مطبوعات در سپهر رسانه ای کشور مورد پژوهش قرار گرفته است و این مساله مورد پرسش واقع شده است که آیا مطبوعات محلی در شرایط فعلی به عنوان محل رجوع مخاطبان مورد مصرف قرار می گیرند.این پژوهش، با روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با روزنامه نگاران محلی و نیز صاحبنظران و استادان ارتباطات و روزنامه‌نگاری است. از طریق روش کیفی با استفاده از تلفیق یافته‌های برآمده از مشاهده میدانی و مصاحبه عمقی با صاحبنظران، داده ها احصا شده است و برای تجزیه و تحلیل تحلیل مضمون به کار گرفته شده است.یافته‌های این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد فضای فعلی رسانه‌ای در کشور نیازمند بازگشت به مرجعیت رسانه‌های داخلی به ویژه رسانه‌های بومی است که این مهم از محل تغییر الگوی صدور مجوز رسانه‎های چاپی، بازتعریف کارکرد مطبوعات محلی در عصر جدید رسانه‌ها، بازگرداندن مساله‌محوری و خودباوری به مطبوعات محلی، توجه و اعتماد به دغدغه پیرامون مسائل روزنامه‌نگاران موثر خواهد بود.

pathology of the professional activity of the local press from the perspective of media authority

the existence of the local press as a part of the cultural and media development ecosystem, decentralization from the center, pursuit of local priorities, the development of a culture of information circulation in the lower pyramid of power and the hearing of the voices of classes far from the center are emphasized, but in the current situation, the local press lacks influence, lack of media authority and lack of audience are facing.in this research, the position of the press and local publications (a case study of mazandaran province) has been investigated from the perspective of media authority and the damage faced by the activities of this press in the media sphere of the country has been researched and this issue has been questioned whether the press in the current situation, the place is used as a place of reference for the audience.this research is based on semi-structured interviews with local journalists as well as communication and journalism experts and professors. through the qualitative method using the integration of findings from field observation and in-depth interviews with experts, the data has been counted and used for the analysis of thematic analysis.the findings of this research show that the current media environment in the country needs to return to the authority of domestic media, especially local media.
