تلفن همراه؛ دروازه ورود به زیست شبکه‌ای : ارائه یک نظریه زمینه‌ای

هدف پژوهش حاضر واکاوی نقش تلفن‌ همراه هوشمند به مثابه امری تکنولوژیک در برساخت زیست شبکه‌ای کاربران ایرانی بود. روش‌ شناسی حاکم بر این پژوهش کیفی و رویکرد آن، نظریه زمینه‌ای با رهیافت نظام‌مند استراوس و کربین است. جامعه‌ هدف، کارشناسان فعال در حوزه رسانه و مراکز علمی و دانشگاهی بودند که با استفاد از نمونه‌گیری نظری و هدفمند 17 نفر از آنان برای مصاحبه عمیق نیمه‌ساختاریافته انتخاب شدند و فرایند نمونه‌گیری تا مرحله اشباع کامل اطلاعات ادامه یافت. داده‌های به دست آمده پس از تبدیل به متن با استفاده از کد‌گذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند که نتایج حاصل از آن در قالب 19 مقوله اصلی و 1 مقوله هسته به همراه خط داستان، مدل پاردایمی و طرح‌واره خرد نظری ارائه شد. نتایج به دست آمده نشان دهنده آن بود که «زیست شبکه‌ای ابزارمند» به عنوان پدیده مرکزی به دنبال مجموعه‌ی شرایط عِلی از جمله دسترسی و تولید محتوای ابزارمند، هژمونی ابزار هوشمند، لزوم زیست هوشمند کاربران، مخاطب‌افزایی حداکثری ابزارها، عضویت تصاعدی معطوف به ابزار، ابزار‌محوری اطلاعات/ ارتباطات به همراه مجموعه‌ای از شرایط زمینه‌ای و مداخله‌گر برساخته می‌شود. این شبکه کنشی برساخته شده، حامل استراتژی‌هایی چون چند کارکردی شدن رسانه‌ها، چندسویه‌گی کنش ارتباطی، کنش سیاسی/ اجتماعی ابزارمند و پایگاه بودگی شبکه‌های اجتماعی بوده و به دنبال خود پیامد‌هایی نظیر همگرایی زنان در رسانه، تکثر صدا و محتوا در فضای رسانه، بازاندیشی عقلانی در بازار، زیست هوشمند فرهنگ و جامعه را به دنبال داشته است.

mobile phones; gateway to networked ecosystems: presentinga grounded theory

the aim of the present study was to explore the role of smart phones as a technological element in the construction of iranian users’ networked ecosystems. the methodologygoverning this qualitative research and its approach is the grounded theory with a systematic approach by strauss and corbin. the target population was activeexperts in the media and scientific and academic centers, of whom 17 were selectedfor in-depth semi-structured interviews using theoretical and purposive sampling,and the sampling process continued until the stage of complete informationsaturation. the data obtained after conversion into text were analyzed using open,axial and selective coding, the results of which were presented in the form of 19 maincategories and 1 core category along with a storyline, paradigm model and theoreticalmicro-schema. the results obtained showed that tooled bionetwork as a centralphenomenon is constructed following a set of causal conditions including accessand production of tooled content, hegemony of smart tools, necessity of smart lifeof users, maximum audience expansion of tools, progressive membership focusedon tools, tool-centricity of information/communications along with a set of contextualand intervening conditions. this constructed action network carries strategies suchas the multifunctionality of media, the multi-directionality of communication action,instrumental political/social action, and the base of social networks, and has resultedin consequences such as the convergence of women in the media, the plurality of voices and content in the media space, rational rethinking in the market, and the intelligent life of culture and society.
