معنایابی پیامدهای فرهنگی ارتباطات با تاکید بر توسعه گردشگری (مورد مطالعه: جامعه بومی کُنگ)

ارتباطات گردشگری بخش مهمی از برقراری رابطه فرهنگی بین گردشگران و جامعه میزبان را در بر می‌گیرد. زیرا ارتباطات گردشگری، در تبادل‌های فرهنگی نقش عمده‌ای دارد و آشنایی با سبک زندگی سایر ملت‌‌ها عامل موثر دیگری در گردشگری امروز دنیا است. از این رو، برقراری تعامل‌های بین فرهنگی، میان ساکنان منطقه میزبان و گردشگران از موضوع‌های مورد توجه در این زمینه است. پژوهش حاضر، با اتخاذ رویکرد کیفی به توصیف چگونگی معنایابی پیامدهای فرهنگی ارتباطات، با تاکید بر توسعه گردشگری می‌پردازد، روش این پژوهش نظریه داده‌بنیاد با رویکرد کیفی است. این روش امکان مطالعه عمیق پدیده‌ها را در بافت واقعی خود فراهم می‌آورد. جهت اجرای روش نظریه داده‌بنیاد، از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته، به منظور گردآوری داده‌ها استفاده شد. روند کار به گونه‌ای بود که بعد از مطالعه و بررسی‌های فراوان و بهره‌مندی از نظر مشاوران، پرسش‌های مصاحبه نهایی و مصاحبه‌ها آغاز شد و تا حد اشباع داده‌ها (20 نفر) ادامه یافت. با توجه به یافته‌ها می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که در جامعه کُنگ با توسعه گردشگری، درک معنایی پیامدهای فرهنگی ارتباطات، میان گردشگر و میزبان، به‌درستی توسط جامعه محلی صورت گرفته و معنایابی را به صورتی تفسیر کرده‌اند که آنها را در مسیر درست قرار می‌دهد.

tourism communication includes an important part of establishing a cultural relationship between tourists and the host society. because tourism communication plays a major role in cultural exchanges and familiarity with the lifestyle of nations. another effective factor in today’s tourism is the world. therefore, the establishment of intercultural interactions between the residents of the host region and tourists is one of the issues of interest in this field. the current research, by adopting a qualitative approach, describes how to find meaning in the cultural consequences of communication, with an emphasis on the development of tourism. the method of this research is grounded theory with a qualitative approach. this method provides the possibility of in-depth study of phenomena in their real context. in order to implement the grounded theory method, a semi-structured interview was used to collect data. the work process was such that after many studies and reviews and the benefit of the consultants, the final interview questions and interviews began and continued until data saturation (20 people). according to the findings, it can be concluded that in kong society with the development of tourism, the understanding of the meaning of the cultural consequences of the communication between the tourist and the host has been done correctly by the local community and they have interpreted the meaning in a way that puts them on the right path.
