ارائه مدل توسعه عملکرد روابط عمومی در سازمان تامین اجتماعی با رویکرد مدیریت استراتژیک

هدف این تحقیق، ارائه مدل توسعه عملکرد روابط‌عمومی در سازمان تامین اجتماعی، با رویکرد مدیریت استراتژیک و استفاده از تئوری داده‌بنیاد بر اساس روش استراوس و کوربین است. افراد متخصص و صاحب‌نظر سازمان تامین اجتماعی و نیز استادان برجسته دانشگاهی در این زمینه، به عنوان جامعه آماری انتخاب شدند که مصاحبه هدفمند با آنها تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. داده‌ها پس از مصاحبه با روش هدایت کلیات به صورت ساختاریافته، گردآوری، و به منظور به دست ‌آوردن اعتبار و روایی داده‌‌ها از دو روش بازبینی مشارکت‌کنندگان و مرور خبرگان غیرشرکت‌کننده در پژوهش استفاده شد. پایایی مدل با استفاده از شاخص کاپا، 0/77 به دست آمد و در سطح توافق معتبر جای گرفت. سرانجام داده‌ها پس از کدگذاری، اعتبارسنجی مدل و پردازش به شکل اطلاعات ارائه شد. در این تحقیق در بخش کدگذاری باز، تعداد 104 کد باز از میان 273 مفهوم؛ در بخش کدگذاری محوری، 104 کد اولیه در قالب 33 مقوله شناسایی شد. شاخص کلی برازش، در بخش کمی عددی برابر 0/581 به دست می‌آید که شاخصی قوی است و نشان از کیفیت بالای کلی مدل دارد. نتایج نشان داد شدت اثر روابط بین متغیرها معنادار بوده است.

providing a model for developing public relations performance in the social security organization with a strategic management approach

the purpose of this research is to present a model for developing public relations performance in the social security organization, with a strategic management approach using grounded theory based on strauss and corbin method. specialists and experts of the social security organization, as well as prominent university professors in this field, were selected as the statistical population, and the targeted interview with them continued until theoretical saturation was reached. the data were collected after the interview with the general guidance method in a structured way, and in order to obtain the credibility and validity of the data, two methods of review of the participants and review of non-participating experts were used in the research. the reliability of the model was obtained using cohen’s kappa coefficient 0.77 and it was placed at the level of valid agreement. finally, the data was presented in the form of information after coding, model validation and processing. in this research, in the open coding section, the number of 104 open codes among 273 concepts; in the axial coding section, 104 primary codes were identified in the form of 33 categories. the goodness of fit index, in the numerical quantitative part, is equal to 0.581, which is a strong index and shows the overall high quality of the model. the results showed that the intensity of the relationship between the variables was significant.
