ظرفیت های شهروند گزارشگری در تولید انواع برنامه تعاملی رادیو

مقوله نوظهور شهروند گزارشگری، از ظرفیت‌های جدید در تولید برنامه‌های رادیویی و تلویزیونی به شمار می‌رود که نحوه بهره‌گیری از آن، می‌تواند بر جذابیت تولید برنامه رادیویی بیفزاید. پژوهش حاضر، با هدف شناخت ظرفیت‌های گزارشگری شهروندی، در برنامه سازی رادیویی و بر مبنای نظریه رادیوی مشارکتی برشت و ارتباطات خودانگیز مانوئل کاستلز این پرسش را مطرح می‌سازد که از این ظرفیت در تولید تعاملی، چگونه و در چه موضوع‌ها و قالب‌هایی می‌توان بهره گرفت. روش تحقیق، تحلیل محتوای کیفی با رویکرد استقرایی بوده و چهار رادیوی بی بی سی انگلیسی، بی بی سی فارسی، دویچه وله فارسی و رادیو ایران به عنوان جامعه آماری انتخاب شده‌اند. حجم نمونه از میان برنامه های تولیدشده با استفاده از ظرفیت گزارشگری شهروندی، به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. مراحل تولید برنامه با استفاده از گزارشگری شهروندی، در سه مرحله پیش‌‌تولید، تولید و پس‌تولید تبیین و حاکی از آن است که از گزارشگری شهروندی در تولید انواع قالب‌های رادیویی و برای انواع موضوع‌ها استفاده می شود. رویکرد اطلاع‌رسانی و موضوع‌های اجتماعی و سیاسی فراوانی بیشتری را داشته و قالب گزارش، وکس پاپ، کولاژ صدای شاهد و فیچر فراوانی بیشتری داشتند. از گزارشگری  شهروندی در برنامه رادیویی رادیوهای ملی و استانی ایران کمتر استفاده شده که بهره گیری از آن در تولید برنامه رادیویی، با توجه به اهمیت مشارکت مخاطبان و جذابیتش ضرورت دارد.

Potentials of Citizenreporting (journalism) in the productionof interactive radio programs

The emerging concept of citizenreporter is one of the new potentials in the production of radio and television programs and the way using it, can increase the attractiveness of radio program production. The current research is aimed at finding out the potentials of citizen reporting, in radio programming and based on Brecht’s theory of participatory radio and Manuel Castells’ massself communication, raises the question of how and in what topics and formats this potential can be used in interactive production.The research method is qualitative content analysis with an inductive approach, and four radio stations, BBC English, BBC Persian, Deutsche Welle Persian and Radio Iran, have been selected as the statistical population. The sample size was selected and studied from among the programs produced using the potentials of citizen reporting.The stages of program production using citizen reporting are explained in three phases: preproduction, production and postproduction, and it indicates that citizen reporting is used in the production of all kinds of radio formats and for all kinds of topics. They contain more information approach and social and political topics, more report format, vox pop, witness voice collage and features. Citizen reporting is rarely used in the radio program of national and provincial radio of Iran, but considering the importance of audience participation and its attractiveness, this kind of reporting should be included in the production of the radio program
