پوشش اخبار فساد اقتصادی جناح های سیاسی در اخبار 20 شبکه خبر و 30 :20 شبکه دو سیما (مطالعه موردی: فیش های حقوقی و واگذاری املاک شهرداری تهران)

هدف اصلی این تحقیق، شناخت میزان و چگونگی پوشش اخبار فساد اقتصادی (فیش‌های حقوقی و واگذاری املاک شهرداری تهران) منتسب به جناح‌های سیاسی، در بخش‌های خبری 20 شبکه خبر و 20:30 شبکه دو سیما است. برای رسیدن به این هدف، با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کمی، در بازه زمانی 180 روز، تمام خبرهای پخش‌شده از بخش‌های خبری مذکور پیرامون فیش‌های حقوقی از تاریخ 95/2/1 تا 95/4/31 و درباره واگذاری املاک شهرداری تهران از تاریخ 95/6/1 تا 95/8/30 بررسی شد. نتایج اطلاعات گردآوری‌شده و جدول‌های توصیفی و تبیینی به‌دست آمده از نرم‌افزار spss نشان می‌دهد، با وجود ملی و راهبردی بودن موضوع فساد اقتصادی، تاکید بر مبارزه با آن در اسناد بالادستی و گفتمان رهبری در این‌باره، هر دو بخش خبری، اخبار مفاسد اقتصادی را در اولویت پایین با جهت‌گیری سوگیرانه و سیاسی پوشش داده‌ا‌ند. همچنین بخش‌های مورد بررسی در انعکاس مفاسد اقتصادی، رویکرد تحلیل‌محور نداشته و فیش‌های حقوقی را بیشتر و واگذاری املاک شهرداری تهران را کمتر پوشش داده‌اند.

News coverage of economic corruption of political factions by News at 20 of News Channel and News at 20:30 Channel 2 of IRIB (Case Study: Salary vouchers and transferring of Tehran Municipality Properties)

The main objective of this research work is to find out the extent of the news coverage of the economic corruption (Salary vouchers and transferring of Tehran Municipality Properties) attributed to the political factions by News at 20 of News Channel and News at 20:30 Channel 2 of Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting). In order to achieve this objective, by employing the quantity analysis of the content during the time span of 180 days of all news stories broadcast in all news programs of the said news media outlets on the salary vouchers futures from April/21/2016 to July/21/2016 and about transferring the ownership of the properties belonging to Tehran Municipality from August/22/2016 to November/20/2016, were analyzed. The obtained information and descriptive and explanatory tables by the SPSS software show that despite the nationwide and strategic nature of the economic corruption, the question of the economic corruption and emphasis on campaign against this phenomenon in the highprofile documents and discourse by the leadership, have been given low priority and were politically side taking. In addition, the investigated news section, in their coverage of the captioned subject, have not been analytical and the cases related to transferring of the ownership of properties owned by the Tehran municipality, have been less covered than the topic of the Salary vouchers.
