تحلیل خبریارتباطی بحران کرونا و جامعه مخاطره آمیزه

بحران در اشکال مختلف نوعی جنگ صامت است. این جنگ، بیش از آنکه به سخت‌افزارهای جامعه ضربه وارد کند، به سیستم نرم‌افزاری آن ضربه می‌زند و آن را مختل می‌سازد. بحران فراگیر یک مخاطره است و جامعه مخاطره‌آمیز، با مشکل‌های جدیدی روبه‌رو می‌شود که می‌تواند سبک زندگی و رفتارهای اجتماعی آن را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. در شرایط بحران فراگیر، جامعه مخاطره‌آمیز با تغییرهای اساسی، فاصله خود را با آنچه که قبلاً بوده، تعیین می‌کند. این وضعیت، از این نظر اهمیت دارد که بر ساختارهای فردی و اجتماعی و روابط انسانی، بیش از هر چیز تاثیر می‌گذارد و مطالعه آن را ضروری می‌کند. گسترش ویروس کرونا، در سطح جهان یک بحران جدی بین‌المللی را پدید آورده و جامعه مخاطره‌آمیز جهانی را به وجود آورده است. در ایران، نیز ویروس کرونا نوعی از بحران را ایجاد کرده که آثار آن در آینده، بیشتر قابل ارزیابی است. اما تحلیل نگاه‌های استادان و صاحب‌نظران ارتباطات، در رابطه با این بحران و مخاطره‌های آن می‌تواند نوع نگاه به این بحران را از جنبه خبریارتباطی روشن کند. در همین راستا، سی مصاحبه از استادان و صاحب‌نظران ارتباطات، با روش تحلیل مضمون مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند که بخشی از آن‌ها مستقیم و برخی نیز به‌طور غیر مستقیم انجام شده بودند.  برخی از نتایج، نشان‌دهنده تنوع و تعدد دیدگاه‌های ارتباطی در این زمینه است. شیوه اطلاع‌رسانی، مدیریت اخبار، اعتمادسازی، سلامت اجتماعی و روانی، شایعه‌ها و اخبار جعلی، کروناهراسی و اهمیت سواد رسانه‌ای، تنها بخشی از مضامین فراگیر است که از نظر رسانه‌ای ارتباطی مورد توجه بوده‌اند.

News analysis relation between Coronavirus Crisis

crisis in various its forms are considered as a silent war. The current coronavirus crisis rather than affecting the country’s hardware, damages its software system and disrupts it. Widespread crisis is a threat and the endangered societies will face new problems that will affect the life style of people and their social behavior. At the time of widespread crisis, and endangered or vulnerable society will undergo fundamental changes and will determine its distance from what has been before. This situation is important because it affects the individual, social and human relations more than anything else and requires investigation.Outbreak of Coronavirus has created an international crisis and has put the world at risk. This same virus has also created a kind of crisis in Iran which its fallout could be better assed in the future.Meanwhile the analysis of the views of professors and scholars of communication about this crisis and resulting dangers can clarify the newscommunication dimensions of this crisis. In this line, 30 interviews have been conducted, some directly and others indirectly with experts and university professors.Some of the results of this study show the diversity of the communication views about this issue. Method of information dissemination, news management, confidence building, social and psychological health, rumors and fake news, Coronaphobia and importance of the media literacy are some of the prevailing concepts that have been taken into consideration from the Media communication point of view
