نقش و جایگاه متاورس در مراقبت‌های بهداشتی و درمانی

زمینه و هدف: امروزه با افزایش رشد روزافزون فناوری‌های شبیه‌سازی واقعیت مجازی و واقعیت افزوده، شاهد پیشرفت در زندگی انسان‌ها هستیم و از سویی با به کارگیری فناوری‌های نوین حوزه علوم پزشکی و سلامت برای ادامه حیات بشر نقش بسیار مهم و اساسی را دارد که از جمله این فناوری‌ها متاورس است، لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش و جایگاه متاورس در ارتقای مراقبت‌های بهداشتی و درمانی است.روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نظری بوده و روش تحقیق به صورت توصیفی تحلیلی است و روش جمع‌آوری اطلاعات ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از منابع شواهد پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی scopus، pubmed، web of science و google scolar بوده است.ملاحظات اخلاقی: در تمام مراحل نگارش پژوهش حاضر، ضمن رعایت اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است.یافته‌ها: بر پایه یافته‌های پژوهش متاورس در مراقبت‌های بهداشتی از فناوری‌هایی مانند واقعیت مجازی (vr)، واقعیت افزوده (ar)، واقعیت ترکیبی (mr) و پلتفرم‌های دیجیتال پیشرفته برای ایجاد یک اکوسیستم مراقبت‌های بهداشتی مجازی پویا و به هم‌پیوسته استفاده می‌کند. در زمینه مراقبت‌های بهداشتی و درمانی، اصطلاح متاورس به یک محیط دیجیتالی همه‌جانبه اشاره دارد که در آن بیماران، ارائه‌دهندگان مراقبت‌های بهداشتی و درمانی، محققان و متخصصان پزشکی می‌توانند با یکدیگر تعامل داشته باشند، همکاری کنند و در فعالیت‌های مختلف مرتبط با مراقبت‌های بهداشتی شرکت کنند.نتیجه‌گیری: متاورس در مراقبت‌های بهداشتی و درمانی به سرعت رشد کرده است و عصر جدیدی از امکانات پزشکی را آغاز کرده است. متاورس نمی‌تواند جای عمل بالینی را بگیرد. تعامل با بیماران مهارت‌های اساسی است که متخصصان مراقبت‌های بهداشتی کسب می‌کنند. متاورس را می‌توان برای افزایش کیفیت آموزش، تحقیق و مراقبت از بیمار گنجاند. این می‌تواند امکانات جدیدی را برای تسهیل متخصصان مراقبت‌های بهداشتی به همراه داشته باشد. فناوری‌های و متاورس را می‌توان در زمینه‌های مختلف پزشکی مورداستفاده قرار داد و این برنامه می‌تواند برای بیماران، ارائه‌دهندگان مراقبت‌های بهداشتی مفید باشد و آن‌ها را در دسترس‌تر، کارآمدتر و بیمارمحورتر کند.

background and aim: today، with the increasing growth of virtual reality and augmented reality simulation technologies، we are witnessing progress in human life and on the one hand، using new technologies in the field of medical and health sciences plays a very important and fundamental role for the continuation of human life and among these technologies is metaverse. therefore، the purpose of the current research is to investigate the role and position of metaverse in improving healthcare and treatment.methods: the current research is of a theoretical type and the research method is descriptive-analytical and the data collection method was the data collection tool from the evidence sources of web of science، pubmed، scopus and google scholar databases.ethical considerations: in all stages of writing the present research، while respecting the originality of the texts، honesty and trustworthiness have been observed.results: based on research findings، metaverse in healthcare uses technologies such as virtual reality (vr)، augmented reality (ar)، mixed reality (mr) and advanced digital platforms to create a dynamic and interconnected virtual healthcare ecosystem. in the healthcare context، the term metaverse refers to an immersive digital environment where patients، healthcare providers، researchers and medical professionals can interact، collaborate and participate in various healthcare-related activities.conclusion: metaverse has grown rapidly in healthcare and ushered in a new era of medical possibilities. metaverse cannot replace clinical practice. interacting with patients is an essential skill that healthcare professionals acquire. metaverse can be incorporated to enhance the quality of education، research and patient care. this can bring new possibilities to facilitate healthcare professionals. technologies and metaverse can be used in various fields of medicine and this application can benefit patients، healthcare providers and make them more accessible، efficient and patient-centered.
