رابطه‌سنجی اعتیاد به مواد مخدر و اختلال شخصیت وابسته در میان زنان شهرستان تبریز (مطالعه موردی)

زمینه و هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه نشانگان اختلال شخصیت وابسته در زنان معتاد و غیر معتاد به مواد مخدر است.روش: بدین‌منظور از میان زنان معتاد به مواد مخدر اقامت‌داده‌شده در مراکز میان‌مدت شهرستان تبریز 80 نفر به صورت نمونه در دسترس انتخاب و همراه با نمونه 80 نفری از زنان غیر معتاد همین شهر که به صورت نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده بودند، به وسیله پرسشنامه شخصیت وابسته تجدید نظرشده (dpi-r) مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند.ملاحظات اخلاقی: این پژوهش از ابتدا تا انتها با تکیه بر اصول اخلاقی و صداقت و امانتداری نوشته شده است.یافته‌ها: نتایج آزمون t مستقل نشان داد که میانگین میزان اختلال شخصیت وابسته در زنان معتاد بالاتر از گروه غیر معتاد است. همچنین از طریق آزمون همبستگی پیرسون مشخص گردید که میان دو مقیاس اصلی اتکا به دیگری و نیاز به روابط در اختلال شخصیت وابسته، همبستگی معناداری وجود دارد.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست‌آمده در یافته‌های پژوهش، می‌توان نتیجه‌گیری کرد که میان زنان معتاد و غیر معتاد به مواد مخدر در اختلال شخصیت وابسته (p<0.000) تفاوت معنادار آماری وجود دارد.

relationship between drug addiction and dependent personality disorder among women in tabriz (case study)

background and aim: this study aims at comparing the dependent personality disorders in healthy women and addicted women to drugs.method: for this purpose, among the drug-addicted women residing in the medium-term centers of tabriz, 80 people were selected by available sample and along with a sample of 80 non-addicted women of the same city who were selected by simple random sampling. they were tested by the revised dependent personality questionnaire (dpi-r).ethical considerations: in order to organize this research, while observing the authenticity of the texts, honestly and fidelity have been observed.results: the results of independent t-test showed that the average rate of dependent personality disorder in addicted women is higher than non-addicted group, also pearson correlation test showed that there is a significant correlation between the two main scales of reliance on each other and the need for relationships in dependent personality disorder.conclusion: according to the results obtained in the research findings, it can be concluded that there is a statistically significant difference between addicted and non-drug addicted women in dependent personality disorder (p<0.000).
