واکاوی مفهوم آزادی با تمرکز بر کاربرد آن در تحقق عدالت اجتماعی در نظام سلامت

زمینه و هدف: مقوله عدالت در سلامت یک مفهوم چند بعدی، گسترده و جامع است. در این خصوص، مطابق حق بر آزادی همه انسان ها این حق را دارند تا به طرق و روش های منحصر به فرد در پی شکوفایی استعدادهای خود باشند. از دیگر سو دولت ها نیز در راستای انجام وظایف خود، توامان عهده دار تضمین حق بر آزادی و حق بر برخورداری از بالاترین سطح سلامت شهروندان هستند، در حالی که منطقاً تضمین هر دو این حق ها بصورت حداکثری توسط دولت ها مقدور نیست. فلذا در تبیین جایگاه آزادی در نظام سلامت بسیار مهم است که نقش محوری آزادی های فردی و قدرت تاثیر رویدادهای اجتماعی بر این آزادی ها را بطور همزمان به رسمیت بشناسیم. مواد و روش‌ها: این مقاله به روش توصیفیتحلیلی، به صورت کتابخانه ای و با ابزار فیش برداری کتب و مقالات نگارش یافته است.یافته‌ها: در این مقاله در صدد برآمده ایم تا با واکاوی مفهوم آزادی، قرائتی از آزادی را که منتج به تحقق عدالت اجتماعی در نظام سلامت می گردد را شناسایی و تبیین نماییم. ملاحظات اخلاقی: در تمام مراحل نگارش پژوهش حاضر، ضمن رعایت اصالت متون، صداقت و امانت داری رعایت شده است. نتیجه‌گیری: مطابق نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نقش آفرینی فردی و ترتیبات اجتماعی عمیقاً، مکمل یکدیگرند. دولت ها باید به گونه ای قوانین اجتماعی را تنظیم کنند تا همه شهروندان از مواهب آزادی، برابری و عدالت برخوردار باشند. همچنین فرصت های منصفانه و برابر در اختیار همگان این شرایط را فراهم آورد تا حق بر انتخاب های بهداشتی افراد از گزند آثار مخرب نابرابری های اجتماعی مصون بماند. عملکرد دولت در نظام سلامت بایست به گونه ای باشد تا همگی افراد صرف نظر از محدودیت منابع، از شانس برابر جهت برخورداری از سطح مناسبی از سلامت برخوردار باشند.

Investigation of the Concept of Freedom with Focus on Its Application in the Realization of Social Justice in the Health System

Background and Aim: Approach for justice in health as a multidimensional, broad and comprehensive concept. Hereof, According to the right to freedom, all humans have the right to pursue flourishing their talents in their own unique ways.on the one hand, In carrying out its duties, that the government is jointly responsible for guaranteeing the right to freedom and the right to the highest level of health for its citizens, while Logically, it is not possible for the governments to guarantee both of these rights to the maximum. Therefore, in explaining the position of freedoms in the health system, it is important to recognize the central role of individual freedoms, and at the same time, the power of the impact of social events on these freedoms.  Materials and Methods: This research is of theoretical type and the research method is descriptiveanalytical and the method of data collection is library and has been done by referring to documents, books and articles.Results: In this article, an attempt has been made to identify and provide an interpretation of a freedom that leads to the realization of social justice in the health system by analyzing the concept of freedom.Ethical considerations: In order to organize this research, while observing the authenticity of the texts, honesty and fidelity have been observed.Conclusion: According to the results of the research, individual roleplaying and social arrangements strongly complement each other. Governments must enact social laws so that all citizens enjoy the benefits of freedom, equality and justice. It also provides fair and equal opportunities for all so that they can protect their rights to health choices from the destructive effects of consensual inequality. The government’s performance in the health system should be in such a way that all people, regardless of limited resources, have an equal chance to enjoy an appropriate level of health.Cite this article as: Moazzen V.
