نقش لجستیک مطلوب در تامین ملزومات پزشکی به منظور پاسداشت حق سلامت از طریق جامعه پزشکی

زمینه و هدف: حق بر سلامت به عنوان یک حق ذاتی به این مفهوم است که هر فرد حق داشته تا به بالاترین استاندارد سلامت جسمانی و روانی دستیابی داشته و این حق همه خدمات پزشکی، بهداشت عمومی، غذا و مسکن مناسب، محیط کار سالم و محیط زیست تمیز را شامل می‌شود. لجستیک مطلوب در تامین ملزومات پزشکی، تاثیر به سزایی در کاهش هزینه‌‌ها و ارائه مطلوب خدمات بهداشتی، درمانی و دارویی در تضمین حق سلامت شهروندان ایفا می‌نماید. مواد و روش‌ها: تحقیق حاضر با بهره‌گیری از شیوه تحلیلی-توصیفی و با رویکرد استنباطی این مقوله را مورد بررسی و کنکاش عمیق قرار داده است، و با مراجعه به کتاب ها و مقاله ها این موضوع را مورد بررسی قرار داده است. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های حاصل از پژوهش بیانگر آن است که از آنجا که تامین مطلوب ملزومات پزشکی تاثیر مستقیمی بر تحقق اهداف نظام سلامت و تضمین حق سلامت شهروندان دارد، بررسی لجستیک مطلوب بر اهداف نظام سلامت می‌تواند سیاست گذاران نظام سلامت را در راستای بهبود عملکرد جامعه پزشکی در ارائه خدمات درمانی کمک نماید.ملاحظات اخلاقی: در این پژوهش از ابتدا تا انتها اصول صداقت و امانت داری رعایت شده است. نتیجه‌گیری: اصلی‌ترین کارکرد نظام سلامت و جامعه پزشکی هر کشوری، تامین و ارائه ملزومات این حوزه است. نظام سلامت هر کشوری جهت تامین و تضمین امکان یک زندگی سالم، مکلف به پیش بینی اقداماتی در حوزه وسیعی در حیطه پزشکی هستند که برخی از این اقدامات مستلزم عملکرد فوری و بعضی دیگر در طول زمان بایستی صورت پذیرد. تامین تجهیزات و ملزومات پزشکی به یکی از اجزاء لاینفک بیمارستان‌ها تبدیل شده‌اند. با این حال از سوی جامعه پزشکی روش سیستماتیک و مدونی در زمینه لجستیک مطلوب اعمال نمی‌گردد. لذا بررسی مسائل مربوط به این حیطه در خصوص تاثیر لجستیک مطلوب در تامین ملزومات پزشکی هدف این تحقیق می‌باشد.
