ارزیابی عملکرد دانش آموختگان رشته آموزش ریاضی دانشگاه فرهنگیان از نظر به‌کارگیری فناوری بر اساس مدل جان وایلز و جوزف باندی

پیشینه و اهداف: دانشگاه فرهنگیان با تحول در نگرش دانشجو معلمان نسبت به مساله آموزش و همچنین بالا بردن سطح دانش تخصصی و مهارت های حرفه ای دانشجو معلمان از جمله به‌کارگیری فناوری در همه حوزه ها می تواند اصلاحات اساسی در رویکردهای آموزشی، برنامه های درسی و روش های آموزش بهتر به دانش آموزان ایجاد نماید. در این میان با توجه به این که درس ریاضی در تمام مقاطع تحصیلی از درس های اصلی دانش آموزان است؛ لذا باید به معلمانی که مسئولیت آموزش این درس را چه در دوره ابتدایی و چه در دوره دبیرستان بر عهده دارند، توجه ویژه ای نمود. از طرفی یکی از مهارت های اساسی برای موفقیت یک معلم ریاضی در همه حوزه های آموزشی، تربیتی، اداری و رشد حرفه ای، مهارت آشنایی و به‌کارگیری فناوری است. تلفیق فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در برنامه درسی به ویژه درس ریاضی و ارزیابی اثربخش بودن آن همواره یکی از دغدغه های رایج دلسوزان نظام آموزشی بوده است؛ لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی عملکرد دانش آموختگان رشته آموزش ریاضی دانشگاه فرهنگیان از نظر به‌کارگیری فناوری از دیدگاه مدیران براساس مدل جان وایلز و جوزف باندی است.روش‌ها‌: روش پژوهش بر اساس هدف کاربردی و براساس روش گردآوری داده ها، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی و جامعه آماری شامل  57 نفر از دانش آموختگان رشته آموزش ریاضی دانشگاه فرهنگیان است که در سال تحصیلی 1397 تا 1399 در مدارس استان خراسان شمالی شروع به تدریس نموده اند، که با توجه به محدود بودن جامعه آماری همه این 57 نفر در این پژوهش مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته‌اند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته بوده که بر اساس محورهای ارزیابی مدل جان وایلز و جوزف باندی تدوین و توسط مدیران مدارس تکمیل و گردآوری شد که بعد از تایید روایی، پایایی پرسش‌نامه  با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ 95/0 به‌دست آمد. در بخش آمار استنباطی برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و تعمیم نتایج از آزمون t  تک نمونه ای به کمک نرم‌افزارspss v23  استفاده شد.یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که دانش آموختگان رشته آموزش ریاضی دانشگاه فرهنگیان از نظر به کارگیری فناوری از دیدگاه مدیران مدارس در پنج مولفه از شش مولفه مدل جان وایلز و جوزف باندی (بهسازی و آموزش، رشد حرفه‌ای، روابط انسانی، امور اداری، برنامه ریزی درسی) دارای عملکرد مطلوبی بوده‌اند و امتیاز عملکرد آن‌ها در این پنج مولفه از حد میانگین بالاتر است؛ ولی در یک مولفه دیگر(ارزشیابی) دارای عملکرد مطلوبی نیستند و امتیاز عملکرد آن‌ها در این مولفه از حد میانگین پایین‌تر است.نتیجه گیری: بنابراین می‌توان نتیجه گرفت کیفیت عملکرد دانش آموختگان رشته آموزش ریاضی دانشگاه فرهنگیان خراسان شمالی از نظر به‌کارگیری فناوری از دیدگاه مدیران مدارس براساس الگوی جان وایلز و جوزف باندی در مجموع شش مولفه بهسازی و آموزش، رشد حرفه ای، روابط انسانی، ارزشیابی، امور اداری و برنامه ریزی درسی به‌طور میانگین مطلوب بوده است. از طرفی با توجه به امتیاز پایین به‌دست آمده در مولفه ارزشیابی به نظر می رسد توجه بیشتر به ارائه درس «سنجش و ارزشیابی یادگیری ریاضی» براساس مهارت های به کارگیری فناوری های نوین و همچنین برگزاری کارگاه‌های آموزشی کاربست فناوری در حوزه ارزشیابی به آشنایی بیشتر و عملکرد بهتر دانش آموختگان رشته آموزش ریاضی در این بخش کمک خواهد کرد.

Evaluating the performance of Farhangian University graduates in mathematics education in terms of technology application based on the model of John Wales and Joseph Bundy

Background and Objectives: Farhangian University, by changing the attitude of studentteachers to the issue of education  as well as raising the level of specialized knowledge and professional skills of studentteachers, including the use of technology in all areas  can make fundamental improvements in educational approaches, curricula and methods of better education for students. In the meantime,  since mathematics  is one of the main courses for students in all levels of education, so special attention should be paid to the teachers who are responsible for teaching this course in both elementary and high school. On the other hand, one of the basic skills for the success of a math teacher in all areas of education, training, administration and professional development is the skill of familiarity with and application of technology. The integration of information and communication technology in the curriculum, especially in mathematics, and evaluating its effectiveness has always been one of the common concerns of those involved in the educational system; Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of graduates of mathematics education at Farhangian University in terms of technology application from the perspective of managers based on the model of John Wales and Joseph Bundy.Materials and Methods: The  research method, based on the applied purpose and data collection , was a descriptive survey type and the statistical population included  57 graduates of mathematics education at Farhangian University who  had  started teaching in schools of North Khorasan province in the academic year of  2017 to 2019. Due to the limited statistical population, all 57 people were evaluated in this study. The data collection tool was a researchermade questionnaire based on the evaluation axes of John Wales and Joseph Bundy models and was collected and completed  by school principals. After confirming the validity of the questionaire, its reliability was found to be 0.95, using Cronbach’s alpha. In inferential statistics section, the ttest was used to analyze the data and generalize the results using SPSS V23 software.Findings: The findings of the study showed that graduates of the field of mathematics education at Farhangian University had a good performance in terms of using technology from the perspective of school principals in five of the six components of the model of John Wales and Joseph Bundy (that is, improvement and training, professional growth, human  relations,  administrative affairs, curriculum planning) and their performance score in these five components was higher than the average, but in another component (that is, assessment), they  did not have a good performance and their performance score in this component  was  lower than the average..Conclusion: It can be concluded that the quality of performance of the graduates of mathematics education   from Farhangian University of North Khorasan has been favorable on average in terms of technology application from the perspective of school principals based on the model of John Wales and Joseph Bundy in a total of six components of improvement and training, professional growth, human relations, assessment,  administrative affairs, and curriculum planning. . On the other hand, due to the low score obtained in the evaluation component, it seems that more attention is paid to providing the course of &assessment and evaluation of learning mathematics & based on the skills of applying new technologies. Moreover, holding workshops on technology application  in the field of assessment  will help the graduates in the field of mathematics to achieve more familiarity and better performance in this area.
