بررسی نظام‌مند اثرات فن‌آوری‌های نوین بر روندهای آموزشی آینده

پیشینه و اهداف: تلاش جوامع امروزی برای همگامی با تغییرات روزافزون در عرصه فن‌آوری به حوزه آموزش و پرورش هم کشیده شده است؛ براین اساس تغییرات و تحولات ساختاری، سازمانی و اداری در شکل کنونی مدارس به‌عنوان یک ضرورت در دیدگاه خبرگان و کارشناسان مطرح شده است. سرعت تغییرات و توسعه فن‌آوری ها و تاثیر آن بر روندهای آموزشی، به همراه خود، چالش ها و فرصت های استفاده از فن‌آوری های نوین را پیش روی آموزش قرار داده است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثرات فن‌آوری های نوین بر روندهای آموزشی آینده براساس مطالعات مروری روی منابع خارجی، منابع داخلی و مصاحبه با کارشناسان و خبرگان آموزشی است.روش‌ها‌: این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و به روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شده است. جامعه آماری شامل اسناد، مقالات، رساله ها، ویدئوهای سخنرانی و کنفرانس های آموزشی، طرح ها و گزارش های پژوهشی مرتبط با موضوع مورد پژوهش و قابل دسترسی در دو دهه اخیر و همچنین نتایج مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاری انجام یافته با 20 نفر از صاحب نظران در حوزه تعلیم و تربیت در استان اردبیل است. داده ها به روش کیفی سه گام « تحلیل مضمون» کدگذاری، تحلیل و مقوله بندی شده اند.یافته‌ها: یافته های این مطالعه، ذیل دو مضمون اصلی «تاثیر مثبت فن آوری در آموزش» و «چالش فن‌آوری و آموزش»، تدوین شد که مضمون اصلی اول با 40 مضمون فرعی و مضمون اصلی دوم 34 مضمون فرعی دسته‌بندی شد. ضرورت توجه به اثرات فن‌آوری برساختارها و فرصت های فردی، کاهش هزینه‌ها، راه‌حل‌های خودکار و افزایش بازده، بهبود بخشی به فرایند تدریس و ... را می توان بخشی از مضمون های فرعی به‌دست آمده ذیل مضمون اصلی «تاثیر مثبت فن‌آوری در آموزش» به‌حساب آورد. همچنین در ذیل مضمون «چالش فن‌آوری و آموزش» مضمون های فرعی عدم همخوانی استانداردهای موجود با استانداردهای در حال ظهور، نیاز به مسیرها و زیر ساخت های جدید انتقال جریان آموزش در مدارس آینده، فرامرزی بودن فن‌آوری، گسترش اینترنت، فرهنگاستارتاپی، نحوه مدیریت پیچیدگی و عدم اطمینان، حالت چسبنگی و نفوذ فن‌آوری در فرهنگ جامعه و... به‌دست آمد.نتیجه‌گیری: توجه و برنامه‌ریزی برای تغییر در نظام آموزشی آینده را می توان از یافته های به‌دست آمده از این پژوهش استنباط کرد.

A Systematic Study of the effects of new technologies on future educational trends

Background and Objectives: The efforts of today’s societies to keep up with the increasing changes in the field of technology have been extended to the field of education. The speed of change and development of technologies and its impact on educational processes, along with the challenges and opportunities of using new technologies have been witnesses in the realm of education. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of new technologies on future educational trends based on review studies on external resources, internal resources and interviews with educational experts.Methods: This research has been done with a qualitative approach and content analysis method. The statistical population includes documents, articles, dissertations, video lectures and educational conferences, research projects and reports related to the research topic and accessible in the last two decades, as well as the results of semistructured interviews conducted with 20 experts in the field of education in Ardabil province, Iran. The data are qualitatively coded, analyzed and categorized in a threestep &content analysis& method.Findings: Findings of this study were compiled under the two main themes of &positive impact of technology on education& and &challenges of technology and education the first main theme was classified with 40 subthemes and the second main theme with 34 subthemes.The need to pay attention to the effects of technology on individual structures and opportunities, reducing costs, automated solutions and increasing efficiency, improving the teaching process, etc. can be part of the subthemes obtained under the main theme of &positive impact of technology on education.” Also under the theme of challenges of technology and education, subthemes of noncompliance of existing standards with emerging standards, the need for new ways and infrastructure to transfer education in future schools, crossborder technology, Internet expansion, culturestartup, how management of complexity and uncertainty, the state of adhesion and the influence of technology in the culture of society, etc. were obtained.Conclusion: Attending to and planning for a systematic change in the future education system can be inferred from the findings of this study.
