استعمار امریکا الجدید وعدائها للعرب فی روایة شیکاغو لعلاء الاسوانی

لقد خضع الادب منذ زمن بعید للدراسة والبحث کمظهر رمزی للسیاسات التی تحکم المجتمع. ستبیّن القراءة الادبیة لدراسة الموقف من العنصر العربی والاسلامی فی امریکا التی تدعی الدیمقراطیة والحریة والمساواة فی الحقوق للجمیع، الحقیقة الاجتماعیة والسیاسیة للعصر الحالی الذی یعرف بحقبة ما بعد الاستعمار وما بعد الحداثة. هذا المقال عبارة عن قراءة اجتماعیةسیاسیة لمکانة الهویات العربیة والاسلامیة فی روایة شیکاغو لعلاء الاسوانی بناءً على النظریة السیاسیة لشانتل موف، المفکّرة السیاسیة والفیلسوفة الفرنسیة التی تقول ان فهم الجمیع مستحیل بسبب وجود ما یسمّى بالایدیولوجیة المتفوقة. وما یحدث فی دیمقراطیة ما بعد الاستعمار، هو نوع من السیاسة الجدیدة من اجل الحفاظ على الدیمقراطیة الحاکمة والسیطرة على المعارضة. یعبّر التحلیل الاجتماعی والثقافی لروایة شیکاغو التی تصور حیاة المهاجرین فی المجتمع الامریکی بعد هجمات 11 سبتمبر، عن نوع من الاستعمار الجدید بطریقة خفیة، حیث یعتبر العنصرین العربی والاسلامی اعداء محتملین للبلاد والشعب الامریکی وعامل الارهاب فی اذهان الجمهور وهذا یظهر الحقیقة المخفیة بان المساواة فی المجتمع الامریکی لیست اکثر من شعار دیمقراطی وسیاسة جدیدة بطریقة استعماریة جدیدة، من خلال اثارة الخوف والکراهیة تجاه الجالیة العربیة والمسلمین الآخرین، ومحاولة السیطرة على العناصر ومعتقدات الآخرین.

American Neocolonialism and Xenophobia against Arabs in Ala al-Aswāni’s Chicago

Literature is studied from the long times ago as a symbolic manifestation of the dominant policies of the society. In the postcolonial and postmodern era that attention to individual values ​​and equality becomes prominent, a literary reading of the study of the position of the Arab and Muslim race in America, in which democracy, freedom and equal rights for all are claimed, represents the social and political truth of the present era. The present study is a sociopolitical study of the position of Arab and Muslim identities in the Ala alAswāni’s novel Chicago on the basis of the political philosophy of Chantal Mouffe, French politician and philosopher, who says that due to the existence of superior ideology, public understanding is impossible. What happens in postcolonial democracy is a kind of new politician order to preserve democracy and opponent control. The sociocultural study of Chicago which represents the life of emigrants in American society in the postSeptember 11 attack era, explains a kind of hidden neocolonialism, in which institutionalized Arab and Muslim races as the possible enemy of the country and American people, and terroristic factors in public minds. This explains the untold fact that equality in American society is nothing more than a democratic chanting, and new politics in neocolonialism form, tries to control ’the other race and religion’, by inducing horror and hate against other races and Muslims.
