فراتحلیل پژوهش‌های بعد از انقلاب اسلامی در موضوع آموزش زنان

آموزش زنان به‌عنوان سرفصل مهمی در وضعیت اجتماعی آنها از ابتدای انقلاب اسلامی تاکنون همواره در سطوح مختلف نخبگانی، سیاستگذاری، قانونگذاری و اجرایی مورد توجه بوده است. تمرکز و توجه به کم و کیف دانش تولیدشده در حوزه آموزش زنان از ابتدای انقلاب اسلامی تاکنون، با هدف نمایان‌سازی روند طی‌شده در دهه‌های اخیر، موضوع مورد بررسی این پژوهش است. با استفاده از روش فراتحلیل، پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده در این حوزه در بازه زمانی (13571394)، در قالب کتاب، پایان‌نامه، مقاله و طرح‌ها وگزارش‌های پژوهشی از طریق جستجو در پایگاه‌های علمی ـ تخصصی کتابخانه ملی، ایران‌داک و نورمگز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که توجه به آموزش زنان با تمرکز بر آموزش عالی، اشتغال و مهارت‌افزایی، بیشترین میزان بررسی را در عرصه پژوهشی کشور به خود اختصاص داده و پیوند میان حوزه آموزش و اشتغال و تمرکز بر آموزش با هدف ایجاد اشتغال برای زنان نقطه برجسته‌ای است که همسویی عرصه دانشی و اجرایی را آشکار می‌سازد.

Women’s Education in Researches After Islamic Revolution: A Meta-Analysis

From the beginning of Islamic Revolution, women’s education related to their social status, has been an important subject from the viewpoint of policy makers, administrators, legislators and elites. Present research studied the produced knowledge in the field of women’s education from the beginning of revolution up to now aiming to reveal the trend of the issue. By using metaanalysis, all relevant researches including books, articles, research reports and dissertations have been examined since 1357 onwards, using data of National Library of Iran, IRANDOC and Noormags. The results confirm that most of the researches on the field of women’s education have paid attention to the issue of high education, employment and escalating skill. The connection between education and employment is one of the focal points of researches and reveals the alignment of knowledge and the field of administration.
