شناسایی ابعاد و نشانگر‌های بازدارنده آسیب‌های تولید علم در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی

شناخت آسیب‌ها و چالش‌های تولید علم یکی از مهم‌ترین ابزار‌ها در تدوین استراژی‌ها و سیاست‌گذرای علم و فنّاوری کشور است. توجه به این موضوع در دانشگاه‌ها به‌دلیل نقشی که در پاسخ به تغییرات و نیاز‌های جامعه، بهبود کیفیت آموزش، ارتقاء جایگاه دانشگاه، افزایش درآمد و توسعه ارتباطات علمی دارند، اهمیت بالایی دارد. بررسی پیشینه آسیب‌های تولید علم در دانشگاه‌های کشور بیانگر آن است که تاکنون مطالعات زیادی ‌در این عرصه انجام گرفته ‌‌‌‌لیکن در ارتباط با عوامل بازدارندۀ آسیب‌ها، مطالعه مستقلی صورت نگرفته است. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی ابعاد و نشانگر‌های بازدارنده آسیب‌های تولید علم در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی با روش آمیخته «کمی و کیفی» انجام شده است. در بخش کیفی، داده‌ها با استفاده از مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختار یافته جمع‌آوری شده و با روش تحلیل محتوای استقرایی با استفاده از کدگذاری در سه سطح باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شده‌اند. در بخش کمی تحقیق نیز داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار smart pls و در قالب روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری (تحلیل عاملی) تحلیل گردیده‌اند. بر اساس نتایج به‌دست آمده مولفه‌های آمایش علم و فنّاوری، توانمندسازی پژوهشگران، حاکمیت تفکر سیستمی، ارتقاء فرهنگ تولید علم و نظارت و ارزیابی نظام‌مند از ابعاد و نشانگر‌های بازدارندۀ آسیب‌های تولید علم دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی می‌باشند.

recognizing the harms and challenges of science production is one of the most important tools in formulating strategies and transient policies of science and technology in the country. given the role that universities play in responding to the changes and needs of society, improving the quality of education, improving the position of the university, increasing income and developing scientific communication, this issue is of great importance. the study of the history of injuries of science production in the country’s universities shows that so far many studies have been done in the fields of culture, society, communication, education, individual, etc. in this field. however, no independent study has been performed on injury prevention. therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of identifying the dimensions and indicators preventing the damage of science production in the islamic azad university by a mixed method &quantitative and qualitative&. in the qualitative part of the research, data were collected using in-depth and semi-structured interviews and analyzed by inductive content analysis using coding at three levels: open, axial and selective. in the quantitative part of the research, the data were analyzed using smart pls software and in the form of structural equation modeling (factor analysis). based on the results of indicators; science and technology planning, empowerment of researchers, the rule of systemic thinking, promoting the culture of science production and systematic monitoring and evaluation are among the dimensions and indicators that prevent the damage of university science production.
