بومی‌سازی چهل اصل ابداعی دانش تریز در حوزه تعریف و حل خلاقانه مسائل فرهنگی

در سال‌‌های اخیر توجه زیادی به دانش خلاقانه تریز و ابزار‌های آن شده است، اما در بین ابزار‌های تریز، پژوهشگران حوزه‌‌های مختلف بیش از همه از ابزار چهل اصل ابداعی برای زمینه کاری خود استفاده کرده‌اند. پژوهش پیش رو ضمن نقد شیوه رایج استفاده از این ابزار در حوزه علوم اجتماعی که منجر به برداشت غیرعلمی و نادرست از آن شده، به ارائه شیوه کارآمدتری جهت استفاده درست از این ابزار در حوزه خط‌مشی‌گذاری فرهنگی پرداخته است. در این پژوهش که گردآوری داده‌‌های آن با دو روش مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و مصاحبه نیمه‌ساخت‌یافته صورت گرفته، الگوی اولیه با روش تحلیل مضمونی قیاسی تدوین شده و سپس از روش‌‌های دلفی و گروه کانونی جهت اصلاح و ارتقای الگوی پیشنهادی استفاده شده است. بر اساس یافته‌‌های پژوهش، به‌منظور بهره‌گیری کارآمدتر از ابزار چهل اصل در حوزه خط‌مشی‌گذاری فرهنگی، از بین دو روش بهره‌گیری از این ابزار یعنی «دوستی با اصل‌ها» و «ماتریس تضاد فنی»، روش اول تجویز می‌شود. بر این اساس پس از واکاوی‌‌های متعدد، این پژوهش 36 راهنما را ذیل 34 اصل از بین اصول چهل‌گانه، جهت حل مسائل حوزه فرهنگ پیشنهاد نموده است. توصیه می‌شود پژوهشگران حوزه فرهنگ در عوضِ رویکرد رایج، از راهکار‌های خلاقانه مطرح شده در این پژوهش به‌عنوان مجموعه‌ای از راهنمایی‌‌های محرک خلاقیت در تعریف و حل مسائل فرهنگی استفاده کنند.

localization of 40 innovative principles of triz knowledge in creative cultural problem definition and solving

in recent years, much attention has been paid to triz as an innovative knowledge and its tools. however, researchers in various fields have paid more attention to 40 innovative principles for use in their field of work. this research, in addition to criticizing the common method of using 40 principles tool in social sciences that leads to an unscientific and incorrect perception of this tool, proposes a more effective way for correct use of this tool in cultural policy making field. in this research, in which data was gathered through library research and semi-structured interviews, the primary model was designed by deductive thematic analysis method, and then delphi method and focus group was used in order to modify and improve suggested model. according to research findings, for more effective use of 40 principle tool in cultural policy making field, among two ways of using this tool, suggests the friendship with principles way. according to this, after numerous revisions, this research suggests 36 guidelines following 34 principles of this tool for cultural problem solving. this research recommends that instead of the common approach, researchers use these innovative solutions as a set of guidelines for motivating creativity in cultural problem definition and solving.
