تاثیر هوش معنوی و تاب‌آوری بر احساس شادکامی خانواده‌‌های شاهد و ایثارگر تبریز

پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعه تاثیر هوش معنوی و تاب‌آوری بر احساس شادکامی اعضای خانواده‌‌های شاهد و ایثارگر تبریز با روش پیمایشی و در سال 1395 انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این مطالعه را اعضای خانواده‌‌های شاهد و ایثارگر تحت پوشش بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران شهر تبریز که بالغ بر 14777 نفر است تشکیل می‌دهد. از این تعداد 438 نفر بر اساس نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای متناسب تصادفی انتخاب و اطلاعات لازم به‌وسیله پرسشنامه گردآوری شد. همچنین برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌‌ها از نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 22 و lisrel نسخه 8/8 استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد متوسط شادکامی اعضای خانواد‌های شاهد و ایثارگر شهر تبریز 67/12 درصد و در سطح نسبتاً مطلوبی قرار دارد. بررسی مدل ساختاری نیز بیانگر این است که متغیر‌های تاب‌آوری، هوش معنوی، سن و جنسیت به‌طور معنی‌داری توانسته‌اند 41 درصد از تغییرات احساس شادکامی اعضای خانواده‌‌های شاهد و ایثارگر را تبیین نمایند. خانواده‌هایی که اعضای‌شان تاب‌آورتر و دارای هوش معنوی بالاترند، معمولاً در قیاس با اعضای خانواده‌‌های دیگر شادتر بوده‌اند. در مجموع، مدل ساختاری تحقیق، برای تبیین تغییرات احساس شادکامی اعضای خانواده‌‌های شاهد و ایثارگر، مناسب محسوب می‌شود.

study of the effect of spiritual intelligence and resilience on the happiness of shahed and eisargher families members in tabriz

the present study was conducted with the aim of studying the effect of spiritual intelligence and resiliency on the happiness rate of shahed and eisargher families in tabriz by survey method in 1395.the statistical population of this study consists of shahed and eisargher families covered by the shahid and eisarghari foundation of tabriz city with 14777 people. of these, 438 persons were selected by stratified sampling and randomly selected from the shahed and eisargher families. the data were collected by questionnaires. also, for analyzing the data used to software of spss version 22 and lisrel 8/8.the results showed that the average happiness of the shahed and eisargher families in tabriz city is 67.12% and is relatively good. the study of structural model also indicates that variables such as resilience, spiritual intelligence, age and gender can significantly explain 41% of the changes in happiness of shahed and eisargher families. families who are more resilience and have higher spiritual intelligence are usually happier than other families. in sum, the structural model of research is a suitable model for explaining the happiness changes shahed and eisargher families.
