به سوی توسعه غوطه‌ور در اخلاق؛ تغییر مسیر آینده برنامه‌ریزی

این نوشته رویکردهایی در مورد توسعه و نیز امکان رهایی از فقر الگو و منطق سخت‌افزاری را در چند بخش و لایه مرتبط و متداخل بررسی می‌کند. روش ‌مورد استفاده، بداهت‌زدایی از مفاهیم رایج و نگاهی تاریخی به طرح مسئله است. بدین ترتیب، ترکیبی انتقادی از سازه‌های مرتبط ارائه شده که مبتنی بر خوانشی انتقادی از ساختارها و عاملیتِ کنشگران فرهنگی، سیاسی و اقتصادی است. مطابق یافته‌های پژوهش، برای رفع انسداد عاملیتِ عام‌گرایانه و به منظور طراحی توسعه، می‌توان شیوه تفاهمی، میانجیگرانه و وفاق‌محور را پیشنهاد نمود. مسیر مورد نظر، یک الگوی هنجاری و تجویزی بدیل و تلفیق عمل و نظر هنرمندانه مورد توافق کنشگران، جهت رهایی از آثار توسعه ناموزون و طی کردن مسیر به سوی «جامعه مهربان» است. کنشگری زنده، هنرمندانه، مبتکرانه و ایجابی، نیاز به شناخت گسست‌ها و حلقه‌های مفقوده، کاهش خشونت ساختارها و گسترش امکان تاثیرِ عامل برساختارها از نتایج تحقیق است. این فرایند به تحول نهادی هم راه می‌گشاید، زیرا امکان درک رابطه سازنده بین دو مولفه نظم دموکراتیک و وفاق تفاهمی هم‌افزا را که شاخص آن امکان اخلاقی‌تر زیستن است فراهم می‌آورد. بر این مبنا شاهراه توسعه غوطه‌ور در اخلاق را با شاخصی به نام وجد (عشق و شور وجودیِ برآمده از شخصی شدن آرمان‌های بزرگ برای کنشگران) می‌توان توصیه کرد. آموزه‌های تاریخیِ سنت تفهمی و تفسیری، سنت اثباتی، رویکرد مابعد ساختارگرا، پسا توسعه و هوش مصنوعی ممکن است الهام‌بخش و عبرت‌آموز برای توسعه غوطه‌ور در اخلاق باشد.

toward ethics-based development; change in future path of planning

this research work studies approaches toward development and explores possibility of overcoming lack of hardware pattern and logic in several intertwined layers. our methodology embarks on de-familiarization of common concepts and casts a historical lens on problem statement. to that end, the critical approach followed in this paper, is a combination of critical reading of structures and the agency of cultural, political and economic actors. findings of the paper show that a mutually understandable, reconcilable and unity-oriented method can help remove restrictions in populist agency in line with planning development. the path under consideration is a normal model, a substitute prescription, and an artistic juxtaposition of thought and action unanimously agreed by actors, to get rid of the impacts of imbalanced development and to pave the way for emergence of a “compassionate community”. lively, artistic, innovative and positive interaction, understanding gaps and missing links, reducing structural violence and boosting possibility of influence of agent on structure are results of this paper. this process will result in institutional development as well. this is because it paves the way for understanding the constructive relationship between the two components of democratic order and mutually agreed synergic accord. on this basis, the major pathway toward an ethics-based development passes through an indicator known as enthusiasm (existential love and rejoice coming from personalization of the big ideals for the actors). such factors as historical teaching of the of understanding and interpretation tradition, positive tradition, post-structuralist approach, post-development and artificial intelligence can be inspirational and instructive to realization of ethics-based development.
