تحلیل تاثیرات اقتصاد لیبرال سرمایه‌داری بر افول سبک زندگی اسلامی در معماری و شهرسازی معاصر ایران

مسئله‌ای که طی این پژوهش مورد ژرفکاوی قرار می‌گیرد، بررسی چیستیِ تاثیرات نظام اقتصادی لیبرال سرمایه‌داری بر فرایند افول سبک زندگی اسلامی در تحولات کالبدی فضایی معاصر ایران است. بدین منظور از روشی ترکیبی (مرکب از روش مطالعات اسنادی در مقام گردآوری داده‌ها و روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی در مقاوم تحلیل داده‌ها) استفاده شده است. طبق یافته‌های این پژوهش، بسیاری از مسائل مرتبط با افول سبک زندگی اسلامی در معماری و شهرسازی معاصر ایران نظیر ظهور قطب‌بندی و اختلاف طبقاتی در مناطق شهری، بروز معضل حاشیه‌نشینی، افزایش شدید قیمت زمین و بالتبع کوچک‌شدن قطعات تفکیک زمین، عدم امکان اجرای بسیاری از اصول معماری اسلامی نظیر درون‌گرایی و جداکردن اندرونی از بیرونی به‌دلیل کوچک شدن قطعات اراضی مسکونی، تضعیف کیفیت در فضا‌های زیست انسانی و کمّی شدن این فضا‌ها، ترویج مصرف‌گرایی و بالتبع ظهور تغییرات کالبدی گسترده در مراکز تجاری و بسیاری از مسائل دیگر همگی ریشه در تاثیرات نظام اقتصادی لیبرال سرمایه‌داری دارند و لذا یافتن چاره این نوع مسائل و احیاء سبک زندگی اسلامی در نظام کالبدی معاصر ایران، پیش از آنکه نیازمند تجدیدنظر در سیاست‌های کالبدی و نظامات شهرسازی کشور باشد، نیازمند بازنگری عمیق و جدی در نظامات کلان اقتصادی کشور است.

analyzing effects of liberal capitalist economy on collapse of islamic lifestyle in contemporary iranian architecture and urbanism

this paper intends to conduct an in-depth analysis of the effects of liberal capitalist economy on the procedural collapse of islamic lifestyle in contemporary iranian physical and spatial changes through a combined method (the method of documentary studies in data collection and the method of qualitative content analysis in data analysis). findings of this paper show that the majority of issues related to the fall of islamic lifestyle in contemporary iranian architecture and urbanism such as the emergence of polarization and social class inequality in urban areas, suburbanization problem, sharp rise in land prices and consequently dwindling of land plots, failure to implement majority of islamic architectural principles such as internalization and separation of inner quarter from outer quarter due to small size of residential units, reduced quality in living spaces and prioritization of quantity in these spaces, publicizing consumerization and consequently, emergence of extensive architectural changes in shopping centers plus a host of other issues have their roots in effects of liberal capitalist economic system. therefore, finding a solution to these types of issues and reviving the islamic lifestyle in the contemporary physical system of iran requires a deep and serious revision of the country’s macroeconomic systems before it requires a revision of the country’s physical policies and urban planning systems.
