تحلیلی بر عوامل موثر بر جامعه‌پذیری دانشگاهی دانشجویان؛ مورد مطالعه: دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه‌های تهران، تربیت مدرس، شهید بهشتی، شیراز و فردوسی

با توجه به نقش اساسی دوره‌های آموزشی تحصیلات تکمیلی در پویایی فضای علمی کشور، مطالعه و ارزیابی روند جامعه‌پذیری دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی و نقش‌پذیری آنها در دانشگاه از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. مطالعه حاضر باهدف بررسی وضعیت جامعه‌پذیری دانشگاهی دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی و عوامل موثر بر آن در دانشگاه‌های کشور صورت‌گرفته و براساس رویکرد کمّی و پیمایش از 482 نفر از دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه‌های تهران، تربیت مدرس، شهید بهشتی، شیراز و فردوسی، که به شیوه نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای متناسب انتخاب شده‌اند، سامان‌یافته است. نتایج این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد وضعیت کلی جامعه‌پذیری دانشگاهی دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی پنج دانشگاه مورد بررسی در ابعاد چهارگانه فراگیری نقش دانشجوی تحصیلات تکمیلی، درگیری در نقش، مشارکت، سرمایه‌گذاری و احساس هویت حرفه‌ای، براساس طیف مطلوبیت در سطح متوسط قرار دارد. همچنین براساس مدل‌سازی معادله ساختاری صورت‌گرفته، سرمایه دانشگاهی و خود اثربخشی دانشگاهی بیشترین تاثیر را بر جامعه‌پذیری دانشگاهی دانشجویان دوره‌های تحصیلات تکمیلی داشته‌اند.

an analysis of the factors affecting academic socialization of university students:case study: postgraduate students of the tehran, tarbiat modares, shahid beheshti, shiraz and ferdowsi universities

given the fundamental role of the postgraduate programs in dynamism of the scientific atmosphere of the country, a study of the process of postgraduate students’ academic socialization is very important. the present research aims to study the condition of postgraduate university students’ academic socialization and the factors that affect this process in the universities.quantitative approach was adopted and the research was organized by survey of 482 students from the tehran, tarbiat modares, shahid beheshti, shiraz and ferdowsi universities. stratified sampling method was employed in this research. the findings show that the overall condition of academic socialization of the postgraduate students of the five universities under study, on the basis of the desirability spectrum, is on average level in the following four fields: learning of postgraduate students’ role, engagement in the role, participation, investment and feeling of professional identity. also on the basis of the structural equation modelling, university capital and university self-efficacy have the highest level of impacts on postgraduate students’ academic socialization.
