کاربست نظریه داده‌بنیاد در طراحی نظام پایش اثرات صنایع خلاق ایران

صنایع خلاق و فرهنگی یکی از سریع‌ترین بخش‌های رشدکننده در سطح جهانی است. پیش‌بینی می‌شود که این بخش در سال‌های آینده نقش بیشتری را در اقتصاد دنیا بازی کند. رشد روزافزون این صنایع، علاوه‌بر نتایج اقتصادی، تاثیرات و پیامدهایی را به‌دنبال خواهند داشت که به مراتب از نتایج اقتصادی در سطح بنگاه مهم‌تر است. تغییر هویت، تغییر سبک زندگی، رویکرد جامعه به استقلال ملی و مواردی از این‌قبیل، از جمله اثرات صنایع خلاق می‌تواند باشد. بنابراین، نظام حاکمیتی باید با ایجاد سازوکاری به پایش پیامد‌ها و اثرات صنایع خلاق بپردازد.این پژوهش با استفاده از روش نظریه داده‌بنیاد و مصاحبه با خبرگان و به‌کار بردن چارچوب استانداردشده سازمان همکاری‌ها و توسعه اقتصادی به ارائه نظام پایش اثرات صنایع خلاق متناسب با نظام ارزشی ایران پرداخته است. سه مقوله اصلی شامل پایش اثرات سیاسی صنایع خلاق، اثرات توسعه ملی صنایع خلاق و اثرات هویتی صنایع خلاق و پانزده مفهوم محوری ذیل این سه مقوله، شناسایی شدند. در انتها نیز با استفاده از روش دلفی فازی، اعتبارسنجی یافته‌های پژوهش، انجام گرفت.

Application of Grounded Theory in Planning a Monitoring System for Effects of Iran’s Creative Industries

Creative and cultural industries are one of the fastest growing sectors in the world. This sector will predictably play a greater role in the world economy in the coming years. The increasing growth of these industries, in addition to economic results, will have certain other effects and consequences which are much more important than economic results at enterprise level.  Some of the effects of creative industries include change of identity, change in the lifestyle, society’s approach to national independence, etc. Hence, the ruling system should develop a mechanism to monitor the effect and consequences of creative industries. The main objective of this study paper is to develop system compatible with the Iranian value system for monitoring the effects of creative industries through database theory and interview with elites as well as employing the standardized framework offered by the Cooperation and Development Organization.   Three main categories, including the monitoring of poetical effects of creative industries, effects of national development of creative industries and identification effects of creative industries, as well as fifteen axial concepts under the three main concepts were identified. In the end, validation of the research findings were conducted through Delphi Fuzzy method.
