بررسی اثر تاریخ کاشت و عملیات هیلینگ‌آپ بر عملکرد کمی و کیفی نیشکر رقم cp69-1062

به منظور تعیین بهترین تاریخ کاشت و زمان انجام عملیات هیلینگ‌آپ در نیشکر، آزمایشی مزرعه‌ای در سال زراعی 1400-1401 به صورت کرت‌های یک‌بار خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در موسسه تحقیقات و آموزش توسعه نیشکر و صنایع جانبی خوزستان اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل تاریخ‌های کاشت در چهار سطح (20 مردادماه، دوم، 15 و 28 شهریورماه) به عنوان کرت اصلی و عملیات هیلینگ‌آپ در سه سطح (عدم انجام هیلینگ‌آپ، هیلینگ‌آپ در 20 آبان و 20 بهمن‌ماه) به عنوان کرت فرعی بود که روی سن پلنت (تازه کشت) رقم cp69-1062 نیشکر اجرا شد. نتایج مقایسه میانگین اثر اصلی تاریخ کاشت نشان داد که میانگین ارتفاع ساقه در تاریخ کاشت 20 مردادماه برابر با 189 سانتی‌متر بود که نسبت به تاریخ‌های دوم، 15 و 28 شهریورماه به ترتیب هشت، 14 و 16 درصد برتری داشت. از نظر تعداد ساقه قابل آسیاب نیز مشاهده شد که تاریخ کاشت 20 مردادماه نسبت به تاریخ‌های دوم، 15 و 28 شهریورماه به ترتیب پنج، هشت و 13 درصد تعداد ساقه بیشتری داشت. همچنین بیشترین میانگین عملکرد نیشکر مربوط به تاریخ کشت 20 مردادماه (94.8 تن در هکتار) بود که با تاخیر در تاریخ کاشت، میانگین این صفت به طور معنی‌داری کاهش یافت؛ به گونه‌ای که تاریخ‌های کاشت دوم، 15 و 28 شهریورماه نسبت به تاریخ کاشت 20 مرداد، به ترتیب 10، 13 و 17 درصد کاهش عملکرد داشتند. تحت سطوح هیلینگ‌آپ نیز میانگین عملکرد نیشکر در تیمارهای عدم انجام هیلینگ‌آپ و انجام هیلینگ‌آپ در 20 آبان (به ترتیب 90.4 و 87.1 تن در هکتار) با یکدیگر اختلافی نداشتند؛ ولی نسبت به تیمار انجام هیلینگ‌آپ در 20 بهمن ماه به ترتیب 13 و 10 درصد عملکرد بیشتری داشتند. در مقابل، صفات کیفی شربت نیشکر تحت تاثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفتند. نتایج صفات ضایعات برداشت نیز نشان داد که عدم انجام هیلینگ‌آپ نسبت به تیمارهای انجام هیلینگ‌آپ در 20 آبان و 20 بهمن، نی قدی (به ترتیب 41 و 25 درصد)، نی چاپر (به ترتیب 32 و 26 درصد)، نی تراش (به ترتیب 28 و 15 درصد) و ته‌نی (به ترتیب 54 و 46 درصد) بیشتری داشت.

investigating the effect of planting dates and performing hilling up operation on sugarcane quantity and quality yield (cultivar cp69-1062)

in order to determine the best planting date and time for hilling up operation in sugarcane, a split-plot experiment was conducted based on a randomized complete blocks design with three replications at the research farm of khuzestan sugarcane and by-products research and training institute during the 2021-2022. experimental treatments included the planting dates of aug 11th, aug 24th, sep 6th, and sep 19th 2021 as the main plot and hilling up operation at three levels (no hilling up, hilling up on nov 11th, and hilling up on feb 9th 2021) as the sub plot. the experiment was carried out in one year and on the plant cultivar cp69-1062. the main effect of planting date showed that the average cane height on the planting date of aug 11th was equal to 189 cm, which was eight, 14, and 16% higher than the dates of aug 24th, sep 6th, and sep 19th, respectively. in terms of the number of millable cane, it was also observed that the planting date of aug 11th had five, eight, and 13% more stems than aug 24th, sep 6th, and sept 19th, respectively. also, the highest yield of sugarcane was related to the planting date of aug 11th (94.8 t.ha-1), and with the delay in the planting date, the average of this trait decreased significantly; so that the planting dates of aug 24th, sep 6th, and sep 19th had 10, 13, and 17% decrease in yield, respectively, compared to the planting date of aug 11th. under hilling-up levels, the average yield of sugarcane in the treatments of no hilling-up and hilling-up on nov 11th (90.4 and 87.1 t.ha-1, respectively) were not different from each other, but compared to the hilling-up treatment on feb 9th, they had 13 and 10% more yield, respectively. on the other hand, the qualitative traits of sugarcane syrup were not affected by the experimental treatments. the results also showed that the not hilling-up compared to the treatment of hilling-up on nov 11th and feb 9th, had more complete cane (41 and 25%, respectively), chopper cane (32 and 26%, respectively), trash cane (28 and 15%, respectively) and base cane (54 and 46%, respectively).
