ارتباط بین دستمزد و بهره‌وری نیروی کار در بخش کشاورزی ایران با رهیافت پانل مکانی

در این پژوهش، ارتباط دستمزد و بهره وری نیروی کار در بخش کشاورزی ایران به عنوان یک جز تاثیرگذار بر رشد اقتصادی ایران مورد ارزیابی قرار ‘گرفت.مواد و روش ها: . این مطالعه برای دوره زمانی 1393 تا 1399 می باشد که اطلاعات آماری آن از مراکز آمار ایران، اداره کار و رفاه اجتماعی، سازمان ملی بهره وری ایران و دفتر اقتصاد کلان سازمان مدیریت و برنامه ریزی کشور و وزارت جهاد کشاورزی تهیه گردید. با استفاده از روش پانل مکانی مدلهای پژوهش برآورد شد.یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش عبارت است از: آزمون موران وجود وابستگی مکانی در تمام مدل ها را تایید می کند. به عبارت دیگر مجاورت استان ها بر یکدیگر تاثیر مثبت دارد. اثرات مستقیم و غیر مستقیم متغیرهای حداقل دستمزد نیروی کار، آموزش و اشتغال در بخش کشاورزی بر دستمزد بخش کشاورزی ایران تاثیر مثبت و معنی دار داشته است که دلالت بر وجود سرریزهای بین استانی در بخش کشاورزی ایران دارد.بحث و نتیجه گیری: پیشنهاد می شود با افزایش حداقل دستمزد در بخش کشاورزی و ارتقای بهره وری نیروی کار بخش کشاورزی ایران از طریق برنامه ریزی جامع و بلند مدت به اجرا گذاشته شود زیرا از فاکتورهای اصلی در دستمزد بخش کشاورزی ایران در مدل پژوهش حاضر بوده است. بنابراین دولت می تواند با همکاری ارگانهای جهاد کشاورزی و وزارت کار و تعاون مربوطه به صورت استانی یا کشوری اقدام به آموزش روستاییان در جهت افزایش تولیدات و به کارگیری نیروهای تحصیل کرده و آموزش دیده همت نماید.

introduction: in this research، the relationship between wages and labor productivity in iran's agricultural sector was evaluated as an influencing factor on iran's economic growth.materials and methods: the time period of this study is from 2014 to 2021، and its statistical information was collected from iran's statistics centers، labor and social welfare department، national productivity organization of iran، macroeconomics office of the country's management and planning organization، and the ministry of agricultural jihad. research models were estimated using spatial panel method.findings: the results of this research shows that moran's test confirms the existence of spatial dependence in all models. in other words، the proximity of provinces has a positive effect on each other. the direct and indirect effects of minimum wage، education and employment variables in the agricultural sector have become positive and significant، which indicates the existence of inter-provincial spillovers in the agricultural sector of iran.conclusion: also، in order to increase the production، training، labor force and minimum wage of the agricultural sector، the wage in the agricultural sector should be increased and these conditions can be improved by improving the productivity of the labor force of the agricultural sector and in this way comprehensive and long-term planning should be implemented. therefore، the government can، with the cooperation of the relevant bodies، on a provincial or national level، train villagers to increase production and employ educated and trained personnel.
