اثرپذیری رشد بخش کشاورزی ایران از تسهیلات بانکی با تاکید بر نقش مالکیت بانکی: رویکرد midas-gardl

مقدمه و هدف: با توجه به تحریم‌های اقتصادی و تاکید سیاستگذاران کشور بر اقتصاد مقاومتی و تولید ملی شناسایی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر رشد بخش کشاورزی اهمیت دارد. یکی از این عوامل، تسهیلات بانکی است. با وجود اجماع نسبی اقتصاددانان روی تاثیر مثبت تسهیلات بر متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی، برخی از آن‌ها بر تفاوت تاثیر اعتبارات اعطایی بانک‌های دولتی و خصوصی بر رشد اقتصادی و اشتغال اعتقاد دارند. از این رو، هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی تاثیر تسهیلات بانکی بر رشد بخش کشاورزی با در نظر گرفتن نقش مالکیت بانک‌ها است.مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه از داده‌های فصل چهارم سال 1388 تا فصل اول سال  1397 و روش midas-gardl استفاده می‌شود.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که تسهیلات اعطایی بانک‌های دولتی در مقایسه با تسهیلات بانک‌های خصوصی تاثیر بیشتری بر رشد بخش کشاورزی دارد.بحث و نتیجه گیری: پیشنهاد می‌گردد بانک‌های دولتی سهم بیشتری در پرداخت تسهیلات به بخش کشاورزی داشته باشند.

the impact of banking credit on iranian agricultural growth with emphasis on the role of bank ownership: a midas-gardl approach

introduction: given to economic sanctions as well as the emphasis of policy makers on the resistance economy and national production, it is important to identify the factors affecting the agricultural growth. one of these factors is banking credit. despite the relative consensus of economists on the positive impact of banking credit on macroeconomic variables, some of them believe in the difference between the impact of public and private bank lending on economic growth and employment.  therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of banking credit on iranian agricultural growth sector by considering the role of bank ownershipmaterials and methods: in this study, the data for the fourth quarter of 1388 (2009) to the first quarter of 1397 (2018) and the midas-gardl method were usedfindings: the results showed that the credit granted by state-owned banks have a greater impact on the growth of the agricultural sector compared to the credit of private banksconclusion:  it is suggested that state-owned banks have a greater share in the payment of banking facilities to the agricultural sector.
