بررسی رابطه تورم با نوسانات قیمت محصولات کشاورزی در ایران

مقدمه و هدف: ثبات قیمت محصولات کشاورزی با ثبات و توسعه بازار محصولات کشاورزی مرتبط است. از طرفی تورم در ایران، بی توجه به مبارزه شدیدی که با آن می شود، با نرخ نگران کننده ای در حال افزایش است، و به مهم ترین مشکل اقتصادی کشور تبدیل شده است. هدف این مقاله بررسی رابطه تورم و تورم انتظاری با نوسانات قیمت محصولات کشاورزی در ایران با استفاده از روش خودتوضیح برداری و آزمون علیت گرانجر طی دوره زمانی 1398-1370 می باشد. مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش به بررسی رابطه تورم و تورم انتظاری با نوسانات قیمت محصولات کشاورزیدر ایران با استفاده از روش خودتوضیح برداری و آزمون علیت گرانجر طی دوره زمانی 1398-1370 به صورت داده های فصلی پرداخته است. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد نرخ تورم تاثیر مثبت و معنی داری بر نوسانات قیمت محصولات کشاورزی طی دوره زمانی مورد مطالعه دارد. متغیر تورم انتظاری نیز تاثیر مثبت و معنی داری بر نوسانات قیمت محصولاتکشاورزی دارد. همچنین، نتایج آزمون علیت گرانجر نشان داد که یک رابطه علت و معلولی دو طرفه بین تورم انتظاری و نوسانات قیمت محصولات کشاورزی برقرار است. رابطه علیت دو طرفه نیز بین دو متغیرتورم و تورم انتظاری وجود دارد. و هم چنین، یک رابطه علی یک طرفه بین تورم و نوسانات قیمت محصولات کشاورزی وجود دارد. بحث و نتیجه گیری: لازم است دولت تقویت نظم بازار، حفظ ثبات قیمت های کشاورزی و جلوگیری از افزایش شدید تورم را تقویت کند، از یک سو با هدایت بازار برای تحریک شور و شوق کشاورزان برای اطمینان از عرضه از طرف دیگر برای اطمینان از تولید محصولات کشاورزی و اطمینان از تامین منابع مالی، برای جلوگیری از ایجاد دامنه گسترده ای از اقدامات افزایش قیمت، محصولات کشاورزی فعلی را کنترل کند تا از ریسک بازار استفاده کنند. و کنترل تورم، نباید از مهار قیمت های کشاورزی آغاز شود.

introduction and purpose: the stability of the price of agricultural products is related to the stability and development of the market of agricultural products. on the other hand, inflation in iran is increasing at an alarming rate, regardless of the strong fight against it, and has become the most important economic problem of the country. the purpose of this article is to investigate the relationship between inflation and expected inflation with price fluctuations of agricultural products in iran using var autoregressive model and granger causality test during the period of 1991-2019. materials and methods: this research investigates the relationship between inflation and expected inflation with price fluctuations of agricultural products in iran using var autoregressive model and granger causality test during the period of 1991-2019 in the form of seasonal data. findings: the results showed that the inflation rate has a positive and significant effect on the price fluctuations of agricultural products during the studied time period. the expected inflation variable also has a positive and significant effect on the price fluctuations of agricultural products. also, the results of the granger causality test showed that there is a two-way cause and effect relationship between expected inflation and price fluctuations of agricultural products. there is also a two-way causality relationship between the two variables of inflation and expected inflation. and there is also a one-way causal relationship between inflation and agricultural product price fluctuations. discussion and conclusion: it is necessary for the government to strengthen the market order, maintain the stability of agricultural prices and prevent a sharp increase in inflation, on the one hand by directing the market to stimulate the enthusiasm of farmers to ensure supply, on the other hand to ensure the production of agricultural products and ensure financing, to prevent the creation of a wide range of price-increasing measures, control the current agricultural products to take advantage of the market risk. and inflation control should not start from curbing agricultural prices.
