تحلیل سیستمی نقش سرمایه‌های اجتماعی در راستای معیشت پایدار روستایی (مورد مطالعه: روستاهای شهرستان قره‌باغ استان غزنی درکشور افغانستان)

مقدمه و هدف: در فرایند توسعه پایدار روستایی نقش سرمایه اجتماعی در تحقیق اهداف پایداری معیشت روستایی حائز اهمیت است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر تحلیل سرمایه اجتماعی معیشت پایدار روستایی با رویکرد سیستم دینامیک می باشد. مواد و روش ها: در گام اول به‌منظور دستیابی به متغیرهای کلیدی جهت استفاده در مدل و همچنین شناسایی دقیق مساله (به‌عنوان گام اول در مطالعات سیستم‌های دینامیک) از پرسشنامه باز و مصاحبه؛ دیدگاه خبرگان استفاده شده است. اطلاعات جمع‌آوری‌شده از دیدگاه خبرگان، مطلعان کلیدی و همچنین پیشینه پژوهش، مبنای طراحی پرسشنامه‌ای جدید قرار گرفت که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی و همچنین روش تعیین حجم نمونه کوکران بین 120 نفر از مردم محلی منطقه (روستاهای شهرستان قره‌باغ استان غزنی در کشور افغانستان)، تکمیل شد. در گام بعد مدل سیستم دینامیک برای مساله تحقیق طراحی و از مدل طراحی شده برای شبیه سازی متغیرهای کلیدی سیستم سرمایه های اجتماعی استفاده شده است.یافته ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که سرمایه اجتماعی از طریق مکانیزمی پیچیده و پویا می‌تواند معیشت پایدار روستایی را در یک جامعه رقم بزند به‌نحوی‌که متوسط نرخ رشد درآمد در نمونه موردبررسی در طول دوره 1420-1390 معادل 5.43+ درصد خواهد بود و با بهبود وضعیت درآمد، عدالت اجتماعی و علاقه‌مندی به فعالیت های اقتصادی در روستا، روند رو به رشدی را تجربه می کند. همچنین نتایج پیش‌بینی حاکی از آنست که متوسط رشد سالانه دارایی های اجتماعی در منطقه موردبررسی، معادل 1.65+ درصد خواهد بود.بحث و نتیجه گیری: بنابراین برای تقویت سرمایه اجتماعی باید اقدامات موثری صورت پذیرد و در برنامه‌های درسی رسمی و غیررسمی به‌طور ویژه به آموزش سرمایه اجتماعی توجه نمود.

system analysis of the role of social capital in sustainable rural livelihood (case study: villages of qarabagh county, ghazni province, afghanistan)

introduction: in the process of sustainable rural development, the role of social capital in achieving the goals of sustainable rural livelihood is important. the purpose of this study is to analyze the social capital of sustainable rural livelihood with a system dynamics approach. materials and methods: in the first step in order to obtain the key variables for use in the model as well as accurate identification of the problem (as the first step in the study of system dynamics) from the open questionnaire and interview; the experts' point of view was obtained using purposive sampling method and snowball technique until reaching the theoretical saturation stage in the study area. the collected information from the perspective of experts, key informants as well as research background was the basis for designing a new questionnaire using random sampling method and cochran sampling method among 120 locals (villages of qarabagh county of ghazni province in afghanistan) completed. findings: findings showed that social capital through a complex and dynamic mechanism can determine the sustainable rural livelihood in a community so that the average income growth rate in the sample during the period 2012-2042 is equal to + 43.5% and with the improvement of income situation, social justice and interest in economic activities in the village were predicted to grow. also, the forecast results indicate that the average annual growth of social assets in the study area will be equal to + 1.65 percent. conclusion: in order to strengthen social capital, effective measures should be taken and special attention should be paid to social capital education in formal and informal curricula.
