ارزیابی عملکرد زنجیره تامین زیتون شهرستان رودبار با استفاده از مدل مرجع عملیات زنجیره تامین

مقدمه و هدف: با توجه به ظرفیت‌های بالقوه و بالفعل ایران در تولید محصولات باغی، لزوم تدوین بسته سیاستی و برنامه‌ریزی مناسب برای تولید و صادرات این محصولات ضروری است. از این رو، ارزیابی زنجیره تامین زیتون بمنظور بهبود عملکرد و کارایی تولید آن از مهم‌ترین برنامه‌های مدنظر در بسته سیاستی یادشده است. مواد و روش ها: در این پژوهش با استفاده از مدل مرجع عملیات زنجیره تامین (مدل اسکور)، عملکرد زنجیره تامین محصول زیتون در شهرستان رودبار مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. ابعاد مدل اسکور شامل مقدار کارایی، پاسخگویی، قابلیت اطمینان، هماهنگی و یکپارچگی و کیفیت در آخرین سطح زنجیره تامین، یعنی سطح مراکز خرده‌فروشی است که با استفاده از ابزار پرسش‌نامه به بررسی این ابعاد پرداخته شد. هم‌چنین، برای آزمون فرضیه‌ها از آزمون نا پارامتریک ویلکاکسون تک نمونه‌ای استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که در سطوح قابلیت اطمینان، مقدار هماهنگی و یکپارچگی، سطح سنجش پاسخگویی همه گویه‌های این سطح بالاتر از حد متوسط و در وضعیت مطلوب خود قرار دارند. بحث و نتیجه گیری: کارایی و هماهنگی و یکپارچگی مراکز خرده‌فروشی زیتون در شهرستان رودبار مطلوب نیست. هم‌چنین، در سطح زنجیره تامین محصول زیتون فاصله زیادی بین وضعیت موجود و وضعیت مطلوب وجود دارد، بدین مفهوم که هیچ نگاه راهبردی به مجموعه خرده‌فروشان زیتون به‌عنوان یک زنجیره تامین وجود ندارد. هم‌چنین، ارتباط بین عوامل زنجیره ضعیف است.

evaluate the performance of rudbar olive supply chain using the supply chain operations reference model

introduction: for production and export of horticultural products, it is necessary to develop a policy package and appropriate planning. supply chain evaluation in order to improve production performance and efficiency is one of the most important programs in the policy package development. materials and methods: in this study, using the supply chain operation reference model (scor model), the supply chain performance of olive products in rudbar city was evaluated. the dimensions of the scor model; i.e., efficiency, responsiveness, reliability, coordination and integration, and quality at the level of retailers were surveyed using questionnaire method. findings: the results of one-sample wilcoxon test showed that at two levels of reliability and the degree of coordination and integrity with a significance level of 0.235 and 0.778, respectively, the null hypothesis is accepted. the results of the response level showed that all items in this level are above average and have acceptable condition. conclusion: at the olive supply chain, there is a large gap between the current situation and the desired situation, meaning that there is no strategic view of the olive retailer as a supply chain element. also, the relationship between chain echelons is too weak.
