ارزیابی اقتصادی احداث گلخانه‌های هیدروپونیک در منطقه چهارمحال

مقدمه و هدف: صرفه اقتصادی از عوامل مهمی است که گلخانه داران را ترغیب می کند تا به کاشت یک محصول اقدام کنند. بنابراین، افزون بر ارزیابی کیفی و کمی، می توان از نظر اقتصادی نیز تناسب اراضی را مورد ارزیابی قرار داد.مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش بدین منظور برای گلخانه های هیدروپونیک با کاربری های گوناگون همچون گل های زینتی و صیفی جات در منطقه چهارمحال انجام گرفت. در این راستا، از راه روش های گوناگون اقتصادی، با استفاده از نرم افزار ales، کلاس تناسب اقتصادی تعیین گردید.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که کلاس تناسب اقتصادی برای کشت گل رز، انواع گوناگون گل های زینتی و صیفی جات به ترتیب در بیش‌تر روش ها s1 (بدون محدودیت)، s2 (محدودیت کم) و n (محدودیت شدید) می باشد.بحث و نتیجه گیری: طرح احداث گلخانه بمنظور کاشت صیفی جات بویژه کاشت فلفل دلمه ای به تنهایی، با توجه به خالص درآمدهای پیش بینی شده اقتصادی نبوده و با ورشکستگی همراه خواهد بود. اقتصادی ترین نوع گلخانه ها با توجه به هزینه ها و درآمدهای حاصله، کاشت گل رز است.

introduction: economical profit is one of the important factors, persuading greenhouse owners to plant a specific crop. so, in addition to qualitative and quantitative land suitability evaluation, economical one can be carried out as well.materials and methods: for this purpose, the present research was done for hydroponic greenhouse with various uses such as ornamental flowering branches and vegetables around chaharmahal area. in this regards, economical land suitability evaluation was carried out, using various economical methods with ales program.findings: the results showed that the economic suitability class for planting of rose branche, different types of ornamental flowers and cucumber, tomato and bell pepper in most methods is s1, s2 and n, respectively.conclusion: the plan for the construction of a greenhouse for the purpose of planting cucumber, tomato and bell pepper especially, planting of bell pepper with regard to the net income expected will be accompanied by bankruptcy. due to the costs and revenues, the most cost-effective type of greenhouses is the planting of rose branche flowers.
