ارزیابی تاثیر شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان، مراکز رشد و پارک‌های علم و فناوری در روند توسعه اقتصادی

نظر به نقش پژوهش، توسعه و کاربردی سازی دانش در گسترش ظرفیت‌ها و ارتقای درجه‌ی بهره‌برداری از منابع در تحقق یک اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان، پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی تاثیر مراکز رشد فناوری بر رشد اقتصادی انجام شده است. این پژوهش در دو مرحله انجام شد. ابتدا رویکردهای سیاستی کشورهای منتخب تطبیق و تحلیل شد. در مرحله دوم برای برآورد مدل‌های پژوهش از روش رگرسیون داده‌های ترکیبی استفاده شد. از این رو ابتدا داده‌ها جمع‌آوری و از نظر آمار توصیفی تحلیل شده و نهایتاً مورد تجزیه و تحلیل استنباطی قرار گرفتند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین پارک‌های علم و فناوری و مراکز رشد با رشد اقتصادی رابطه مثبت معنی‌دار وجود دارد. همچنین، با افزایش یک درصدی شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان، مراکز رشد و پارک‌های علمی، رشد اقتصادی ایران 0.0631 درصد بهبود یافته است. بنابراین ایجاد شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان و تلاش در جهت استقرار مراکز رشد و پارک‌های علمی، می‌تواند تضمین‌کننده‌ توسعه اقتصادی کشور باشد.

Assessment of the impact of knowledge-based companies, incubators and science and technology parks in economic development

Regarding to role of reaserch, development, and Knowledge utilization for capacity expansion and upgrade exploitation of resources in realization of a knowledgebased economy. This study aimed to assess the impact of science and technology parks and incubators on economic growth. This study was conducted in two phases. First, policy approaches of the selected countries were studied analyzed. In the second phase, panel data regression was used to estimate the research models. Thus at first, data analyzed by descriptive statistics and then analyzed by analytic statstics methods. Findings showed that there is a significant positive correlation between science and technology parks and incubators with economic growth. As much as, with an one percent increase of the knowledgebased companies, incubators and science parks, economic growth improved 0.0631 percent. Thus development of knowledgebased companies and attempt to establish incubators and science parks can ensure sustainable economic development of the country.
