توانمندسازی وایجاد اولویت های اقتصادی کسب وکارهای متوسط کشاورزی در مددجویان مورد حمایت کمیته امداد امام خمینی (ره)

توانمندسازی اقتصادی کسب وکارهای متوسط کشاورزی یکی از زمینه های بالقوه برای افزایش اشتغال بویژه اقشار آسیب پذیر جامعه است. این تحقیق با هدف شناسایی ابعاد و مولفه های اصلی توانمندسازی اقتصادی مددجویان مورد حمایت کمیته امداد امام خمینی(ره) انجام شده است. روش تحقیق به صورت پیمایشی بوده و داده ها از طریق مراجعه به اسناد و مدارک موجود و پرسشنامه انجام شده است. حجم نمونه آماری بر اساس مدل کوکران 384 طرح می باشد. سوال های تحقیق نیز با روش معادلات ساختاری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل استنباطی قرار گرفته است. با بررسی مدل های موجود توانمندسازی وایجاد اولویتهای اقتصادی درحوزه کشاورزی و روشهای معمول در فرآیند توانمندسازی و اشتغال، مدل مفهومی تحقیق ارائه شده است. ابعاد اصلی مدل عبارتند از آماده سازی و تمهیدات لازم جهت اجرای طرحها، ایجاد و توسعه فرصت های شغلی، پایدارسازی مشاغل، خودکفایی و خروج از حمایت می باشد که کلیه ضرایب مسیرها معنادار بوده و واریانس تبیین شده قابل قبول و همسانی سازه ها بالای 0.5 بوده است. بنابراین متغیرهای مدل دارای قابلیت پیش بینی بیش از 30درصد می باشند

Strategic Model of Empowering and Making Economic Priorities for Mediumsized Businesses in Students Supported by Imam Khomeini Relief Committee

Economic of mediumsized businesses is one of the potential areas for increasing employment, especially for the vulnerable. This study aimed to identify the main dimensions and components of economic empowerment of clients supported by Imam Khomeini Relief Committee. The research method was survey and the data were collected through reference to existing documents and questionnaires. The sample size is 384 designs based on Cochran model. Research questions have also been inferentially analyzed using the structural equation method. The conceptual model of the research is presented by examining the existing models of empowerment and economic priorities in the field of agriculture and the usual methods in the process of empowerment and employment.
