بررسی تاثیرات سرمایه گذاری مستقیم خارجی بر رشد سرمایه گذاری در صنایع تبدیلی کشاورزی

با توجه به اهمیت صنایع تبدیلی کشاورزی، شناسایی منابع رشد سرمایه‌گذاری در صنایع تبدیلی کشاورزی از نظر سیاست‌گذاری و برنامه ریزی حایز اهمیت است و وجود سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی یکی از مقوله‌هایی است، که لازم است، تاثیر آن بر سرمایه‌گذاری در صنایع تبدیلی کشاورزی مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. در این مقاله از رویکردی کل نگرانه (تفکر سیستمی) برای بررسی تاثیرات وجود سرمایه گذاری مستقیم خارجی بر رشد سرمایه‌گذاری در صنایع تبدیلی کشاورزی استفاده شده است. ابزاری که برای اجرایی کردن تفکر سیستمی در این مقاله بکار گرفته شده است، رویکرد پویایی شناسی سیستمی می‌باشد، تا بتوان از توانمندی‌های آن در مدل‌سازی سیستم‌های پیچیده استفاده کرد. جامعه مورد مطالعه صنایع تبدیلی کشاورزی فعال در استان فارس بوده است و بازه زمانی مورد بررسی سال‌های 1410-1360 را شامل می‌شدند. نرم‌افزاری که برای مدل‌سازی و شبیه سازی استفاده گردیده است، نرم افزار ونسیم می‌باشد. نتایج حاصل از شبیه‌سازی مدل طراحی شده، نشان‌گر رابطه مستقیم و متعامل دو متغیر حجم سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی و سرمایه‌گذاری در صنایع تبدیلی کشاورزی می‌باشد. البته در این رابطه تاخیر هم به چشم می‌خورد.

Investigation the Impact of Foreign Direct Investment on Investment Growth in the Agricultural Processing Industries

Due to the importance of agricultural processing industries as one the engine of agricultural development in particular, economic and industrial development in general, it is important to identify sources of agricultural processing industries growth from policy planning view. Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) is one of the things that, must study its impact on agricultural processing industries properly. To address this problem, the holistic approach (system thinking) used to study the impact of existence of infrastructure on investment growth, in this article. System Dynamics (SD) method used in this article as a tool for the implementation of system thinking approach to use its capabilities in complex systems modeling and for achieving suitable results from simulation model. The population under study is Fars province’s agricultural processing industries. Period of study is 13601410. Vensim software used for modeling and simulating in this article. The results from the simulation of designed model showed, there is direct and interactive relationship between FDI and amount of investment in the agricultural processing industries. Although the delay affects this relationship.
