چکیده
|
سرمایهگذاری در بخش کشاورزی امری مهم در تامین امنیت غذایی هر کشور است. به همین علت شناسایی عوامل موثر بر سرمایهگذاری در این بخش ضروری است. وجود برخی تنگناهای طبیعی و ریسک، سرمایهگذاری در این بخش را با مشکل روبه‌رو کرده است، اما گاهی سیاستهای اقتصادی نیز این روند را تشدید میکند. از جمله عواملی که میتواند بر سرمایهگذاری در یک اقتصاد اثرگذاری کند، نااطمینانی تورم است. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی اثر نااطمینانی تورم بر سرمایهگذاری بخش کشاورزی در ایران طی دوره 1389-1350 میباشد. برای محاسبه شاخص نااطمینانی تورم از روش واریانس ناهمسانی شرطی اتورگرسیو و برای برآورد معادله‌ها از روش خودتوضیح برداری با وقفه گسترده استفاده شد. نتایج مطالعه ارتباط منفی بین نااطمینانی تورم و سرمایهگذاری در بخش کشاورزی را تایید میکند. با توجه به نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه، توصیه میشود، سیاستگذاران ضمن مد نظر قرار دادن رشد اقتصادی، سیاست تعدیل و تثبیت قیمتها در جهت تثبیت اقتصاد و کاهش نااطمینانی را در پیش بگیرند.

Abstract
|
Investment in the agricultural sector is important in providing food security of each country. Accordingly, it is necessary to identify affecting factors on investment in this sector. Because of existence of natural limitations and risks, investment in the sector has faced with problems. Inflation uncertainty is one of the factors that could influence on investment in the economy. The aim of current study is investigation of effect of inflation uncertainty on agricultural investment in Iran during 9712010. For calculation of uncertainty index, Autoregressive conditional Heteroskedasticity (ARCH) method and for estimation of model, Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) was used. The results of this study confirm that there is negative relationship between inflation uncertainty and agricultural investment. Considering the negative effects of inflation uncertainty in agriculture, policy of price adjustment is recommended to policy makers for stabilizing the economy and reduces uncertainty.
