بررسی رابطه تسهیلات بانکی و طرح های خود اشتغالی با استفاده از الگوسازی چندسطحی ( مطالعه موردی استان مازندران )

طرح‏های خوداشتغالی یکی از رویکردهای دولت برای اشتغال‌زایی در بخش کشاورزی بوده است. این طرح در استان‏های گوناگون با پرداخت اعتبارات ارزان قیمت شکل گرفت زیرا یکی از مشکلات جدی بخش کشاورزی کمبود اعتبارات می‏باشد. لذا تامین مالی این بخش می‏تواند به اشتغال‌زایی کمک کند. الگوسازی چندسطحی یکی از ابزارهای بسیار مهم در تحلیل داده‏ها می‏باشد که مسئله واریانس ناهمسانی را در سطوح گوناگون مورد بررسی قرار می‏دهد. با توجه به اهمیت لحاظ این الگو در مطالعات، در این مقاله، رابطه تسهیلات بانکی و طرح‌های خوداشتغالی، با استفاده از داده‏های بانک کشاورزی استان مازندران طی سال‌های 1388 – 1384 و الگوی لاجیت چند سطحی و نرم افزار hlm7مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان دادند که ساختار سلسله‏مراتبی در داده‏ها وجود دارد. هم‌چنین، برآورد مدل لاجیت چندسطحی نشان داد که بین ظرفیت طرح‏ها و  تسهیلات اعتباری رابطه‌ای معنی‌دار وجود ندارد. لذا لازم است مطالعات امکان‏سنجی و مکان سنجی طرح‌ها جهت دست‌یابی به اهداف، مورد توجه بانک ها قرار گیرد.

Investigating the relationship between credit and selfemployment projects using multilevel modeling (case study Mazandaran province)

Selfemployment project was one of government approach to employment in agricultural sector. This project formed in different provinces using cheap credit because one of serious problems of agricultural sector is the lack of credit. Multilevel modeling is an important tools for data analysis that investigate the heteroscedasticity problem in different levels. In this paper regard to importance of considering this model in studies, the relationship between credit and selfemployment projects studied using data on agricultural bank of Mazandaran province during the 2005 2010, and multilevel logit model and software HLM7 . The results showed that there is a hierarchical structure in data. Also, Logit multilevel model estimation showed that there isn’t a significant relationship between the capacity of projects and credit facilities. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the feasibility studies and location measurement of the projects to achieve the objectives banks.
