طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه و باورهای فراشناختی در افراد مبتلا به اختلال وسواسی- اجباری، اختلال شخصیت وسواسی- اجباری وگروه بهنجار

مقدمه: افکار مزاحم و تکرارشونده از مولفه های اساسی اختلال های وسواسی اجباری (ocd) و شخصیت وسواسی اجباری (ocpd) است. زیرساخت های شناختی، طرح واره ها و ارزیابی افراد از افکارشان در این اختلال ها همواره مورد توجه روان شناسان بالینی بوده است.از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی و مقایسه ی طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه و باورهای فراشناختی در افراد مبتلا به ocd، ocpd و گروه بهنجار است.روش: این پژوهش از نوع علّی مقایسه ای و جامعه آماری آن، دانشجویان دانشگاه های دولتی شهر تهران در سال 1392 بودند. نمونه ی اولیه پژوهش که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای انتخاب شدند، 385 نفر بودند. ابتدا تمام شرکت کنندگان، پرسشنامه های بازنگری شده ی وسواسی اجباری، چندمحوری بالینی میلون3، فرم کوتاه طرح واره یانگ، فراشناخت و سلامت عمومی را تکمیل کردند. در مرحله دوم، افرادی که نمره های لازم را به دست آورده بودند، مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. بدین ترتیب 127 نفر (شامل 35 نفر در گروه ocd، 39 نفر در گروه ocpd و 53 نفر در گروه بهنجار) انتخاب شدند.یافته ها: نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره (مانوآ) نشان داد میانگین نمرات در تمام حوزه های طرح واره های ناسازگار اولیه در گروه های بالینی پژوهش به طور معناداری بالاتر از گروه بهنجار و در بین افراد مبتلا به ocd به طور معنادار بالاتر از دو گروه دیگر است. همچنین در باورهای فراشناختی، میانگین نمرات افراد مبتلا به ocd در خرده مقیاس های باورهای مثبت درباره ی نگرانی، کنترل ناپذیری و خطر و اطمینان شناختی به طور معناداری بیشتر از دو گروه دیگر است.نتیجه گیری: نتایج به طور کلی نشان دادند که بررسی طرح واره های ناسازگار اولیه و باورهای فراشناختی، باعث ایجاد درک بهتری از ocd و ocpd می شوند.

Early Maladaptive Schemas and Metacognitive Beliefs in People with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder and Normal People

Introduction:Intrusive and repetitive thoughts are fundamental components in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCPD). Cognitive structures, schemas and people rsquo;s evaluations of their thoughts have consistently drawn the attention of clinical psychologists. Thus, purpose of the present study was to compare early maladaptive schemas and metacognition beliefs in people with ObsessiveCompulsive Disorder, ObsessiveCompulsive Personality Disorder and normal people. Method: The Causal Comparative research method was used in the present study. The sample population consisted of 385 students selectedthrough random cluster sampling and the study was conducted on sample of 127 subjects (including 35 subjects with OCD, 39 subjects with OCPD, and 53 normal subjects. In the first step, all participants filled out Obsessive ndash;Compulsive Inventory Revised (OCIR), Millon Clinical Multiaxial InventoryIII (Subscale of OCPD),Young Schema Questionnaire short form (YSQ), Metacognitions Questionnaire (MCQ30) and General Health Questionnaire (GHQ12). In the second phase, participants who gained the necessary scores (127 persons) were interviewed.Results: The MANOVA test results showed that mean scores in all areas of early maladaptive schemas in the clinical study was significantly higher than normal subjects and among people with OCD are significantly higher than other groups. The same result was also seen in term of metacognition beliefs, positive beliefs, uncontrollability and danger, cognitive confidence and cognitive selfconsciousness subscales. Conclusion: Generally considering earlymaladaptive schemas and metacognitive beliefs may provide better understanding of OCD and OCPD.
