طراحی و ساخت پرسشنامه تشخیص و علت یابی اختلال بی خوابی در میان‌سالان

ﻣﻘﺪﻣﻪ: ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ، ﺳﺎﺧﺖ و ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎی رواﻧﺴﻨﺠﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﺸﺨﯿﺺ و ﻋﻠﺖﯾﺎﺑﯽ اﺧﺘﻼل ﺑﯽﺧﻮاﺑﯽ در ﻣﯿﺎنﺳﺎﻻن ﺑﻮد. روش: روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و از ﻧﻮع رواﻧﺴﻨﺠﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪی آﻣﺎری ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ اﻓﺮاد ﻣﯿﺎنﺳﺎل ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﻪﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﺑﻪ ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺘﯽ درﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺷﻬﺮ ﻫﻤﺪان در ﺳﺎل 1401 ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮی در دﺳﺘﺮس 300 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. در اﺑﺘﺪا ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺟﺪول ﻣﺸﺨﺼﺎت دو ﺑﻌﺪی ﮔﻮﯾﻪﻫﺎی ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢ ﺷﺪه و ﺑﺮای ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ رواﯾﯽ ﺳﺎزه، از ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ اﮐﺘﺸﺎﻓﯽ و ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪی ﺑﻬﺮه ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ در ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﺸﺨﯿﺺ ﺑﯽﺧﻮاﺑﯽ 5 ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ وﯾﮋه ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ از ﯾﮏ، 62 درﺻﺪ از وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﮐﻞ ﻧﻤﺮهﻫﺎ را ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﻣﯽﮐﻨﻨﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎی ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﺮای ﮐﻞ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﺸﺨﯿﺺ ﺑﯽﺧﻮاﺑﯽ 0/88 ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. در ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻋﻠﺖﯾﺎﺑﯽ اﺧﺘﻼل ﺑﯽﺧﻮاﺑﯽ 7 ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ وﯾﮋه ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ از ﯾﮏ، 65 درﺻﺪ از وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﮐﻞ ﻧﻤﺮهﻫﺎ را ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﻣﯽﮐﻨﻨﺪ و ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎی ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﺮای ﮐﻞ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻋﻠﺖﯾﺎﺑﯽ اﺧﺘﻼل ﺑﯽﺧﻮاﺑﯽ 0/94 ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﻋﺎﻣﻞﻫﺎی ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺧﺘﻼل ﺑﯽ ﺧﻮاﺑﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ اﺳﺘﺮس ﺧﻮاب، ﮐﻤﯿﺖ ﺧﻮاب، اﻟﮕﻮی ﺧﻮاب، ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺧﻮاب و ﺗﺪاوم ﺧﻮاب و ﻋﺎﻣﻞﻫﺎی ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻋﻠﺖﯾﺎﺑﯽ اﺧﺘﻼل ﺑﯽﺧﻮاﺑﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ؛ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ رواﻧﯽ، ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ، ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺖ ﺧﻮاب، ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺟﺴﻤﺎﻧﯽ، ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﻮاد و اﻟﮑﻞ و ﻧﮕﺮش ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮاب ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯽﺧﻮاﺑﯽ و ﻋﻠﻞ ﺑﯽﺧﻮاﺑﯽ در ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﯿﺎنﺳﺎﻻن را ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﻣﯽﮐﻨﻨﺪ. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮی: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﺸﺨﯿﺺ و ﻋﻠﺖﯾﺎﺑﯽ اﺧﺘﻼل ﺑﯽﺧﻮاﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑﺎ 22 و 33 ﮔﻮﯾﻪ در ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ﻣﯿﺎنﺳﺎل از ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ و رواﯾﯽ ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺑﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﻣﯽﺷﻮد ﮐﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺬﮐﻮر ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺸﺨﯿﺺ و ﻋﻠﺖﯾﺎﺑﯽ اﺧﺘﻼل ﺑﯽﺧﻮاﺑﯽ در ﻣﯿﺎنﺳﺎﻻن ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻗﺮار ﮔﯿﺮد.

designing and making a questionnaire for diagnosis and etiology of insomnia disorder in the middle-aged

introduction: the aim of the research was to design, construct and determine the psychometric characteristics of the insomnia disorder diagnosis and etiology questionnaire.method: the research method was descriptive and psychometric. the statistical population studied was all the middle-aged people who referred to the health centers of hamedan city in 2022, and 300 people were studied using the available sampling method. at first, using the two-dimensional specification table, the items of the questionnaire were prepared and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was used to check the construct validity.results: the findings showed that in the insomnia diagnosis questionnaire, 5 factors with eigenvalues greater than one explain 62% of the variance of the total scores. also, cronbach's alpha coefficient for the whole insomnia diagnosis questionnaire was 0.88. in the insomnia disorder etiology questionnaire, 7 factors with eigenvalues greater than one explain 65% of the variance of the total scores, and cronbach's alpha coefficient for the entire insomnia disorder etiology questionnaire was 0.94. insomnia disorder questionnaire factors including sleep stress, sleep quantity, sleep pattern, sleep quality and sleep continuity and insomnia disorder etiology questionnaire factors include; psychological conditions, environmental conditions, social conditions, sleep hygiene, physical conditions, consumption of drugs and alcohol, and attitude to sleep which explain insomnia and the causes of insomnia.conclusion: the results of the confirmatory factor analysis were greater than 0.5 in all cases and the composite reliability values in all components were greater than 0.4 in both questionnaires. therefore, the mentioned questionnaire has good reliability and validity.
