اثربخشی زوج درمانی مبتنی بر روابط موضوعی بر رضایت زناشویی زوجین متقاضی طلاق با سازمان شخصیت مرزی خفیف: یک مطالعه آزمایشی با توجه به نقش تعدیل کننده‌ی کارکرد اجرایی

مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی زوج درمانی روابط موضوعی بر رضایت زناشویی زوجین متقاضی طلاق دارای سازمان شخصیت مرزی خفیف با توجه به نقش عملکرد اجرایی بود. روش: از میان زوجین متقاضی طلاق مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر تهران، به صورت هدفمند یک نمونه کل 90 نفره انتخاب شد. افراد توسط مصاحبه ساختاریافته stipo برای ارزیابی سازمان شخصیت غربالگری شدند و نمونه ای شامل 48 نفر از زوجین با سازمان شخصیت مرزی خفیف انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم گردیدند. پس از ریزش نمونه 11 زوج در گروه آزمایش و 8 زوج در گروه کنترل باقی ماندند. گروه آزمایش 14 جلسه زوج درمانی روابط موضوعی دریافت کردند، و گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار باقی ماندند. ابزار پژوهش شامل آزمون دسته بندی کارت های ویسکانسین و مقیاس رضایت زناشویی انریچ بود. داده‍‌ها به روش تحلیل کواریانس چند‌متغیره تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. یافته ها: اثرات مثبت معناداری در مرحله‌ی پس آزمون بر رضایت زناشویی و مولفه‌هایش مشاهده گردید (p<0/01). بعلاوه در افراد با عملکرد اجرایی بالاتر، اثربخشی درمان به صورت معناداری بالاتر بود (p<0/01).نتیجه گیری: می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که زوج درمانی روابط موضوعی می‌تواند رضایت زناشویی زوجین دارای سازمان شخصیت مرزی خفیف را بهبود بخشیده و عملکرد اجرایی می‌تواند در اثربخشی درمان نقش تعدیل کننده داشته باشد.

effectiveness of the object-relations couple therapy on marital satisfaction of divorce applicant couples with higher level borderline personality organization: an experimental study considering the role of executive functioning

introduction: the aim of this research was to determine the effectiveness of object-relations couple therapy on marital satisfaction of divorce applicant couples with higher-level personality organizations, considering the role of executive functioning.method: among the society of divorce applicant couples a total sample of 90 individuals, referred to counseling centers in tehran, was selected using a purposeful sampling method. participants were screened by stipo structured interview for their levels of personality organization, and a sample of 48 individuals with higher-level personality organization was selected and randomly divided into control and experimental groups. after attrition experimental and control groups respectively included 11 and 8 couples. the experimental group received 14 sessions of object-relations couple therapy, while the control group remained on the waiting list. research tools included the wisconsin card classification test and the enrich marital satisfaction scale. data were extracted and analyzed by a multivariate analysis of covariance.results: significant positive effects were found for marital satisfaction and its components in the post-intervention stage (p<0.001). significantly better results were also evident for couples with higher executive function scores (p<0.001) as well.conclusion: it could be concluded that object-relation couple therapy could promote the marital satisfaction of couples with higher-levels of borderline personality organization, and executive functioning can positively moderate the therapeutic effects.
