چکیده
|
Particle induced x-ray emission (pixe) technique has been employed to performelemental analysis of (al, br, ca, cu, fe, k, mg, mn, p, rb, s, sr, and zn). the results ofanalysis showed that ca and k are the major elements in the samples. it is clear from the results that the content of mn in tea samples (white tea and green tea) is 10 times higher than its content in chamomile samples. and the content of fe and zn in all samples ranged between 253 ppm and 1731 ppm and between 33 ppm and 138 ppm respectively, where the lowest content of both fe and zn found in tea samples. cu has almost the same content in all samples. the contribution of some elements in these plants to the dietary recommended intake (dri) has been evaluated.
